Customers are having all kinds of questions, anytime and anywhere! To respond customers’ requirement timely and efficiently, Intumit launches the SmartRobot that is based on AI and machine learning technologies, as well as pattern recognition to provide the best customer experience ever.

Based on natural language processing technology, semantic analysis, and artificial intelligence, SmartRobot is an enterprise-class Virtual Customer Assistant (VCA) solution with solid customer base and proven business value. It can act as an “AI brain” solution for enterprise to deliver dialogue based applications such as virtual customer assistant, humanoid service robot as well as conversational marketing. SmartRobot can seamlessly integrate with customer’s Q&A database as well as the existing IT systems such as CTI, IVR and CRM, which were widely used in call centers. The flexibility for integration is a necessity for enterprises considering a chatbot solution to drive innovative customer engagement experience. SmartRobot empowers an omni-channel dialogue interaction for enterprise and their customers/employees through web, mobile apps, SNS platform such as Line or Facebook, digital signage and humanoid robots. With the dialogue data accumulated, SmartRobot can learn to identify end user’s characteristics, such as gender, age, and intention of invest, and then provide marketing activities accordingly such as promotion plans or portfolio suggestions.
