particles they appear with black color in the slide under microscope .*2-acute suppurative

appendicitis :*Inflamation of the

*3-hemosedrosis in liver :*If we stained it with

H&E it will appear golden yellow to brown particles .*If we use prussian

blue stain it will appear with blue color .
