The measurement data is always available via web browser and mobile application. Observe the data by numbers and diagrams. If there’s no need to monitor the data all day long, put on the alarms and let the system do the surveilling for you. Other manufacturers’ transmitters can also be integrated to the system.

Do you have enough systems already? Our service includes interface for integrating to existing systems. By API programming interface the measurement data is ready to be picked up where you want. API may also be utilized simultaneously with the monitoring service application.

ANALYZING DATA

All essential information from every measuring point is gathered to the summary page. Data from each measuring point is visible at a glance, and the details may be easily accessed by clicking the info point in question. Entries to all Ovaport features, e.g. alarms, reports, tasks, fi les and settings, can be found at the summary view.

Individual measuring points can be easily switched on and off. Remember always to put the points back on, when measurements are needed again!

Information can be accessed with most iOS and Android mobile devices connected to internet. Perform sample measurements practically with Bluetooth connection. Monitor measuring results, alarms, tasks and acknowledgments where you are, not where the actions are taken. The desktop version is needed only for more precise reporting or modifying settings in Ovaport.

Measuring results may be displayed in real time on the info display. This is done in Ovaport by creating a link, which can be opened in any browser. Info display shows the summary of all measuring results and highlights the excess of the alarm levels. Monitoring this view doesn’t require signing in Ovaport, and so it’s easy to give to all employees. Showcasing the measurement data continuously cuts down the reaction time in case of failures and creates interest towards the monitoring.

Various report types can be found in Ovaport. The collected data may be reported from chosen measuring points, time periods and data types, e.g. events and incidents. Reports can be downloaded from Ovaport to Excel or PDF fi les.

Files can be saved to Ovaport. Download device manuals or maintenance reports to the system, and every document needed is always easily at hand.

Click the info button to access all details of the measuring point. Information about the alarms, tasks and graphs about the measuring results can be found in here. Graphs and most of the information can be found also in the mobile app.

Digitalizing the monitoring plan collects all important information to one place. Write down instructions for each measuring point and add crucial information about the subject. With monitoring plan all the details that must be taken into account are found easily and attention is paid to them when executing the plan.

Ovaport is currently available in English, Finnish, Swedish, French, German and Dutch. Language can be easily changed to the preferred one.

With timed tasks Ovaport can be used as an active task distribution, timing and management tool. Ova mobile app makes the measuring and acknowledging tasks even faster. Also instructions for each task are easily distributed to the mobile app users.

6. TASKS

Ovaport sends alarms from chosen targetsand incidents, which guarantees fast reaction times in exceptional events. Alarm messages (SMS or email) are sent to the chosen persons according to adaptable schedules. Registered acknowledgments, comments and executed actions are all saved to Ovaport system. The alarms are also displayed in the mobile application, and may be acknowledged directly via the app. There’s also an option to defi ne a delay for the alarm to go off.

Big data is collected every day in massive amounts. Having the data picked up doesn’t suffi ce, it must also be easily processed and utilized. Our solution is to gather all information to cloud service Ovaport and display it in convenient form. The service includes also many useful features and functions to ease the monitoring.
