Children will learn how to play baseball in a FUN, non‐threatening environment. This program teaches children a variety of skills including: catching, throwing, batting, and running/agility.

Parent participation is required. A field instructor will be assigned to each team to assist parents in implementation of drills.

Mommy & Me: (1 hour class) This class is for children under the age of 4. Parents are urged to become involved and interact with the children. This class is designed to show children the basic fundamentals of gymnastics. [3 separate classes]Tuesday: 2‐3pm, Thursday: 2‐3pm, Saturday: 10‐11am

Kinder gym: (1 hour) This class is for children 4‐6 years old. Fundamentals of gymnastics are taught. Classes include: balance beam, floor, rings, and games. [3 separate classes]Tuesday: 3‐4pm, Thursday: 3‐4pm, Saturday: 11am‐12noon

Girls Level One: (1 hour) This class is for children 6‐10 years of age. This is a beginners class. Children are taught the fundamentals of gymnastics and are working on their way to level two. Lifeguard Training and Certification ClassThis class will train you for an exciting job as a certified Lifeguard.

The course includes: Lifeguarding skills, First Aid, CPR for adults, youth and infants, CPR for the Professional Rescuer which includes AED administration, Bloodborne Pathogen training, and Oxygen Administration.

The class includes a series of physical tests prior to certification. Students must continuously swim 300 yards using 100 yards of Front Crawl, 100 yards of Breast Stroke, and 100 yards of Front Crawl or Breast Stroke. Students will also be required to swim the length of the pool, surface dive from a 10 foot pool, pick up a 10 pound brick from the bottom, and swim back to the starting point while holding the brick with two hands and your face above the water. The students will need to be able to tred water for at least 3 minutes with no hands.

Prior to passing the class you will be recommended for a seasonal position through NOR, but must be 15 and a half by June.
