About the Eventnextgen will host its Annual Holiday Party & Toy Drive to benefit the Children and Families who reside at Chapman Partnership on Saturday, December 10th at our North Center. The fun filled day will consist of a Bounce House, Mechanical Train, A visit from Santa, arts & crafts and food for the children and families who reside at our Centers. This event also serves as a Gift drive benefiting our residents who live with us. Please help us collect gifts for all ages- even adults so we can pass along to those who stay with us during the Holiday season.

About nextgennextgen is made up of Miami’s young professionals and community ambassadors, between the ages of 25-40, who work to increase awareness, revenue and advocacy for Chapman Partnership.

About Chapman PartnershipWhen a person becomes homeless, it affects every aspect of their life. They feel helpless and hopeless and the impact goes far beyond their health and self-esteem, affecting their ability to provide for their family and their future.

Chapman Partnership operates two Homeless Assistance Centers with 800 beds located in Miami and Homestead. We help the homeless by providing a comprehensive support program that includes emergency housing, meals, health, dental and psychiatric care, day care, job training, job placement and assistance with securing stable housing.

Since 1995, Chapman Partnership has had more than 105,000 admissions including 21,000 children in Miami-Dade County and a 64% success rate of moving people from homelessness to self-sufficiency.

As the private sector partner of the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust, we have continually been recognized as a national model for our comprehensive approach to helping the homeless.

At Chapman Partnership we empower men, women and children experiencing homelessness to build a positive future by providing the resources and assistance critical to growth and independence. We empower the homeless by:
