Module WINLine START Cockpit - New Cockpit Features Cockpit entries are now displayed with the new PDF element (external spool object). This allows new placement options for Cockpit elements with the PDF. The Display areas (the Header areas) can now be opened and closed with the Folder button in the header area. A new option for displaying websites directly in the Cockpit is also available. When an internet link is entered as the only entry in a header area, and the option "website" is activated for the element, the website is displayed directly in the Cockpit. When a further website should be displayed in a folder, the new entry is assigned to a new folder area.

Example of WINLine Cockpit with website display. Attention: Major New Feature! CWL Data Cockpit - New, Comprehensive CRM Data Display Window The new CWL Data Cockpit unites list information from many data areas - AR/AP accounts, prospects, calendar, addresses, projects, and products in one central window for display, reporting and processing.

CWL Data Cockpit with AR/AP Account List loaded Use the tab areas "Form" and "Grid" to change the display view mode from the traditional form display to an entry grid. In the grid mode, you can delete or add new records. Calendar lists can be displayed in the Calendar tab area. In the CRM area, you can show lists of action steps and workflows. Click on an action step or workflow number and the corresponding case view information is displayed in the lower part of the window. Here, you can for example trigger a new workflow step or view an attached document. Data Cockpit - "Open During Start" Button Use the "Open During Start" button in the window tool bar of the Data Cockpit window to open the Data Cockpit automatically when WINLine is started. The button setting is saved on a user-defined basis. CRM Search - CRM Search Window The window has received a general layout makeover. In addition, the buttons for search and sorting have been converted to show/hide mode. Search parameters have been expanded with fields for "workflow case number". All settings including checkbox state and button states are saved on a user-specific basis for the next use of the window. A standard presetting is also suggested for the expanded search (with presetting number 0). The last used presetting is always suggested for further presetting configurations. Context menu: a new option, "Load/save all settings" is available with the right mouse button context menu for the grid. As a sub-menu option, the existing "Save grid settings" is also available. This saves the column positions and widths as set by the user. When a configuration is saved, the option "Load settings" is displayed in the sub-menu. After choosing a different setting than the standard setting, the first 10 saved setting names are shown in the menu for selection. You can save the following configurations for a grid: 1) Current position 2) Fixed columns 3) Column positions 4) Column widths

5) Filters 6) Groupings Quick CRM - Quick-CRM in the Sales Rep and Project Base Info windows The Quick CRM button is now available for entering CRM action steps and workflows in the window button tool bar in the Employee, Project and Sales Rep Base Info windows. Note Lists/ Campaigns - Note Lists and Campaigns Included Together in the Notes List Window You can now call up and edit note lists and campaigns together in the Note Lists menu item. A note list can contain different types of data. This includes the previous campaign data types (1-AR/AP account, 2-Prospect,3-Contact,4-Contact Person,5-Sales Rep,6-Employee A,7-Employee D) and the previous types of the note lists (8-product, 9-project, 10-CRM, 11-account). The tree menu display unites ALL public and private note lists and campaigns (depending on the current user). Choose a particular data type with the buttons on the left for product, account, employee, project, CRM and All.

Note List window with loaded campaign You can also insert new entries in entry grid in the middle of the window, e.g., to expand a campaign with a new account record. ACC1 Parameter - New Checkbox "Direct Postings to Summary Accounts" Direct postings in posting windows using summary accounts, either in debit or credit, can be suppressed with this checkbox. The checkbox is located in the "Postings" setting area of the ACC1 Parameters. The checkbox is by default activated, i.e., direct posting is allowed. Deactivate this checkbox when no direct postings should be possible.

Page 4

When the checkbox is deactivated, an error message is issued when a summary account is entered in a posting window. Imported postings batches are also checked in this regard. Data Check - Summary / Subordinate Accounts The balances on summary accounts can now be checked in the Data Check. A test is performed to analyze whether the balance on a summary account matches the total of balances on its subordinate accounts. The Data Check also tests whether all subordinate accounts entered for a summary account are valid and whether any invalid posting records are contained in the account balances (T059). CWL TAPI - Start CWL TAPI.EXE, Open Account Info The CWLTAPI.EXE is started automatically at WINLine start up with the corresponding setting in the "Parameter/Settings/TAPI" menu item with the corresponding checkbox. When the contact record is assigned to an AR/AP account, the Account Info automatically opened. Otherwise, the Contact Base Info is opened. CWL TAPI - Normalized Telephone Number Before Call Entered telephone numbers are normed for outgoing TAPI calls, e.g., you can enter either +43 or 0043 for telephone number entries. Module WINLine ASSET Asset Transfers - Transfers After Cancelled Annual Depreciation Run After an annual depreciation run has been cancelled, it is now possible to cancel asset transfers, as well. Implicit Depreciation - Changes in Base Info Data Settings for Implicit Depreciation Some program alterations have taken place with regard to implicit depreciation when retroactive changes to Base Info data for implicit depreciation in the "Base Info 2" tab area are made. 1. The implicit useful life (implicit TUL) is set to 0: This change will be observed with the next implicit depreciation run. The previous period depreciation will be posted in negative. The asset will then no longer be implicitly depreciated. 2. The replacement index and replacement amount are set to 0, but the implicit TUL (useful life) remains unchanged: The asset will not be considered for the next implicit depreciation run. No correction of the previous period depreciation is performed. 3. Implicit useful life (TUL), replacement index and amount are set to 0: The asset will not be considered for the next implicit depreciation run. No correction of the previous period depreciation is performed.

Page 5

4. The replacement amount is set to 0, but replacement index and useful life (TUL) remain unchanged: The asset is handled as before regarding implicit depreciation. Implicit Depreciation - Implicit Depreciation for Previous Periods It is no longer possible to repeat the implicit depreciation run for previous periods that have already been depreciated. An exception is the last period, for which the implicit depreciation can be run as often as required. Module WINLine ARCHIVE New Keywords Three new keywords have been created for the Archive: 31 Email 32 Ref. 33 Transmission date Search Archive Entry - New function: Extract Documents for Processing A new button, "Extract documents for Processing", is available at the bottom of the Search Results grid in the Search Archive window. Using the button, you can extract the archive document, as well as an XML file that contains all relevant keywords and the document ID. This functionality allows you to extract the document, edit it (e.g., a WORD doc) and then save the document as a further version in the Archive again. New Archive Entry - Adoption of All Files / Documents to Archive When you are processing at one time several files or documents in the New Archive Entry window, they can be inserted to the Archive with one button click by pressing the CTRL key at the same time as the OK button or the F5 key. Using the F5 key or the OK button alone inserts the documents one-by-one, as before. Archive Statistics - Additional Information in the Archive Statistics The average file size per document (in the database) can be optionally displayed in the Archive Statistics (WINLine Start, menu Closing, Archive Analysis, tab area "Analysis") by using the following parameter in the MESONIC.INI: [Archive] DetailInfo=1 The calculation of average size for the Statistics, when activated, may take some time! Form Types - Assignment of Icon Per Form Type You can now assign an icon to a form type in the Archive (WINLine Admin, menu Archive, Archive Parameter, area "Form Types", item "Create"). This icon is then displayed in the Search Archive Entry window for all items using this form type.

Module WINLine EXIM Asset Templates - Scrap Value and Cut-Off Value Available in Template Setup The asset export/import templates include now the variables for scrap value and cut off value in Asset Base Info. Contact/Contact Person Templates - Company Name field in Contact Base Info The "Company Name" field is now supported templates for export and import in Contact template types. Module WINLine ACC2 Attention: Significant Improvement of Existing Feature! The Product Sub-Categories have been enlarged to 5 levels! The sub-category level number is listed as a 5 place number.

Screen of Product Sub-Category with 5 levels

Product Sub-Category - Improvement of Product Sub-Category Matchcode The product sub-category Matchcode has been improved with a field for "search term". The search according to this term is conducted in both the name and number of the product sub-category. Listing of Other New Features in WINLine ACC2: Order-Picking - New Window "Order Picking" during Voucher Entry When the delivery quantity is reduced below the ordered quantity (i.e., a partial delivery) for an order quantity that has been completely order-picked, a message is displayed that the order-picked quantity exceeds the delivery quantity. After confirming the message, a new window is opened in which all relevant packing units (i.e., boxes, cartons, pallets, etc.) are displayed for the voucher position. You can then deselect the packing units that shall not be delivered with this delivery by deactivating the Selection checkbox to the left of the packing unit record line. Once your selections are saved in the window, the programs checks to see if the order-picked quantity of the selected packing units equals the delivery quantity for this voucher position. If not, another warning message is issued to this effect. The message can be either confirmed or declined, i.e., it does not block the delivery according to your manual selection of packing units. The new window only displays the order-picked quantities with packing units that have already been created. It is not possible to modify the order-picking settings, i.e., decrease or increase quantities in a particular packing unit, or create new packing units. For these purposes, you must edit the order-picking settings for this order in the normal "Customer Orders/Order-Picking" menu item in WINLine ACC2. When your selections are saved in the new window, only the selected packing units will be associated with the corresponding delivery note number. After printing the delivery note the delivery quantity is set to the order-picked quantity for this position in the order voucher. This ensures that the remaining delivery quantity is suggested the next time the order is opened in Voucher Entry (e.g., for another delivery) or in Order Picking. Special Case: When the delivery note is not immediately printed, but only saved after manually deselecting packing units in the new window, the modified packing settings are saved, but they are not considered in the "Customer Orders/Order-Picking" menu item. This means that when you open the order in the "Customer Orders/Order-Picking" menu item, the program will display a larger order-picked quantity than the delivery quantity (since the delivery quantity has already been reduced when saving the delivery note). When it is necessary to edit and save the order in the Order Picking window, the delivery quantity must be set to 0 for the non-activated lines. This deletes the internal flag, however, that the quantity has been order-picked. Unchanged remains the basic processing logic of the program in this regard: 1) Delivery quantities are specified in the "Process Customer Orders" window 2) Quantities are order-picked with packing units in Order Picking 3) The delivery note is printed When a delivery note is cancelled using option "Restore order-picking settings", the delivery quantity in the order is restored to the order-picked quantity.

Page 8

Order-Picking - Deletion of Order-Picked Voucher Lines in Customer Order When you delete an order voucher line in Voucher Entry (i.e., by using the "Delete Line" button) that has already been processed in Order Picking, a message is issued that the line may not be deleted since order-picking settings are already present for it. This message is not issued when you delete the voucher position in a delivery note (or invoice). In this case a message is shown (as before): "This product will be posted off. Do you want to continue?" In other words, the delivery quantity and the order-picked quantity for this delivery note or invoice position will be set to 0. Order-Picking - Inventory Revaluation A new button is available in the Inventory Revaluation window with which "orphaned" order-picking lines can be removed from the Product Journal and Product Base Info. Such order-picking lines may occur under certain circumstances when order-picked quantities remain for the product even though the corresponding order has been completed. When this button is pressed, the following actions occur: a) the order-picked quantity is set to 0 for all existing order-picking lines in the Product Journal when the corresponding order is completed or when the packing list flag in the voucher line has been incorrectly overwritten b) the order-picked quantity is set to 0 for all products c) the order-picked quantity is re-posted for all products from the existing order-picking lines in the Product Journal Packing List / Order Picking - Various Improvements for Managing the Packing List and Original Print Out Flag - A new column for display of the Original Print Out Status of packing list output is now available in the product grid in Process Customer Orders. An order for which the packing list has been printed as "Original Print Out" is denoted as such, regardless of whether the order has been order-picked or not. - A warning message is now issued in Process Customer Orders when saving changes to order lines for which the packing list has already been printed as Original Printout or for which order-picking has already been performed. - A warning message is now issued during Voucher Entry when editing an order for which order-picking lines are present or for which the packing list has been printed as Original Printout. - An icon is now displayed in Preview Product Requirements for sales demand scheduling lines that have been order-picked. Voucher Entry - Entry of Production Variant for Production Products Using Reservations It is now possible to enter and specify a variant in the voucher line for a production product that uses setting "Order with Reservation" in Product Base Info. Payment Report - Display of Cancelled Payments Cancelled payment lines are now also in included in the Payment Report.

Voucher Entry - Display of Account Name During Voucher Copy in Voucher Entry When a voucher is being copied in the Save Voucher tab area of Voucher Entry to another account, e.g., a sales order to a vendor account as purchase order, the account name of the target account is displayed now along with the account number. Product Journal - Cube Output of the Product Journal The product journal can now be output as an OLAP cube directly from the Product Journal menu item window (the ACC2 OLAP license or the Enterprise OLAP license is required for this functionality). The following dimensions are provided in this OLAP cube: Product number Name Posting date Posting key Posting type Main product number Lot / serial number Extension 1 Extension2 Product category name Product subcategory name The following measures are provided in this OLAP cube: Quantity Addition (from I postings) Quantity2 Addition (from I postings) Value Addition (from I postings) Quantity Deduction (from S postings) Quantity2 Deduction (from S postings) Value Deduction (from S postings) Quantity Production (from P postings)

The corresponding setting in the voucher type for "inventory level underrun= not allowed" must be set for this warning to be displayed. Reports - Change of Fiscal Year Selection in the Category List Reports The Category List report (menu item Reports/Base Info Lists/Category Lists) now has a selection list box for choosing the respective fiscal year for data output. Voucher Entry - Adoption of Cost Center in the Voucher Center Section Voucher lines of type 5 "Credit Notes" are now also updated in the voucher center when a cost center is transferred from the Cost Center field in the voucher header. Voucher Management - Completed Delivery Notes Completed delivery notes are now also included in the Voucher Management tree display when the "Completed Voucher" checkbox is activated in the "Expanded Search" tab area. AR/AP Account Base Info - ACC2 Tab area When a new AR/AP account is being created, it is now possible to enter the new account number itself in the Dealer and Invoice Recipient fields at the same time you are setting up the account. Price Maintenance - New Base Price Settings The last purchase price or the lowest purchase price (fields in the Price tab area of Product Base Info) can now be used as base price for calculating the "new price". Module WINLine ACC1 Attention: Major New Feature! New Functionality: Summary Accounts / Subordinate Accounts This new collection functions allows you more flexibility in report account balances by account "class". The summary account (effectively the account "class") carries the balance of all postings to its associated subordinate accounts. You can then use new setting options in the Account Sheet, Trial Balance Sheet and other reports to issue the reports including only the summary account balances.

Page 11

MESONIC New Features Listing MESONIC © 2010 Version 9.0 Build 9000

The summary and subordinate accounts also fit in seamlessly with the new Financial Statement Code (FSC) number system (9 character, alphanumeric numbers) that was introduced in the last version build, Version 8.7 Build 2001). Using these new system functions you can now easily set up a chart of account as in the following example based on the official German Chart of Account guidelines: FSC Level FSC Number FSC Name FSC Level 1 A00002 Cash Assets and invoice adjustments FSC Level 2 A00024 Receivables from goods and services FSC Level 3 A00241 Receivables, goods/services ( due 1 year) FSC Level 4 A02410 Receivables, goods/services (trades) Summary account A24101 Receivables, goods/services (not third party) Subordinate accounts Customer accounts A, B, C, etc. Summary account A24102 Receivables, goods/services (third party) Subordinate accounts Customer accounts D, E, F, etc. This chart of account example is set up in FSC Base Info in the following screen illustration:

FSC Base Info with Receivables FSCs in 4 levels plus summary accounts Listing of New Features Related to Summary / Subordinate Accounts: GL Account Base Info - Summary Account Settings The Summary Account field was introduced in Version 8.7 Build 2001 and data could be entered in the field in that version. The field is now fully implemented in Version 9.0 Build 9000.

Page 12

MESONIC New Features Listing MESONIC © 2010 Version 9.0 Build 9000

Attention! During the update to Version 9.0 Build 9000, the accounts balances are re-totaled automatically and any summary/subordinate account settings from Version 8.7 Build 2001 are applied accordingly, i.e., account balances for the summary accounts are automatically calculated and established in the system. This allows you to set up the summary and subordinate accounts in Base Info before you actually upgrade to Version 9.0 Build 9000! - Checkbox "Use as summary account" When this checkbox is activated, the GL account can be entered as summary account for other GL or AR/AP accounts. - Summary Account field A GL account that is a summary account can be entered in this field to associate the current account as a subordinate account of the summary account. - Fields "FSC", "FSC contra", "eFSC" All settings in these fields are automatically linked to the associated summary account when a summary account has been entered for a subordinate account. The fields are grayed and inactive for this reason. - GL account Budget The Actual values column in the Budget tab area in a summary account includes all the balance amounts from its associated subordinate accounts. The budget values columns apply only for the account itself, be it a summary account or a subordinate account. AR/AP Account Base Info, Tab Area "ACC1" - Summary Account Field When a GL account is entered and saved in this field, the AR/AP account is linked to the GL account as a subordinate account. The account balances of the AR/AP account can then be reported on, e.g., in the Account Sheet and Trial Balance reports either included in the balance of the summary account, or listed separately only for the subordinate account itself. Only GL accounts that are set up as summary accounts may be entered in this field. Summary Account / Subordinate Accounts - Summary Accounts Once GL accounts have been posted to it is no longer possible to make changes regarding summary and subordinate account settings to the accounts directly in GL Account Base Info. A new window has been introduced to the program, in which GL accounts can be converted to summary accounts - or conversely removed as summary accounts - and also in which modifications to existing summary accounts can be performed, e.g., shifting subordinate accounts from one summary account to another, or resetting the FSC settings for a summary account. You can also print a list of all associated subordinate accounts for a particular summary account.

Summary Accounts Processing window Summary Account / Subordinate Accounts - ACC1 Journal The associated summary account is printed in brackets beside the subordinate account in the ACC1 Journal and Detailed Journal.

ACC1 Journal posting record entry with associated summary account information Summary Account / Subordinate Accounts - Trial Balance Report The report settings window contains a new checkbox "Show Subordinate Accounts". When the checkbox is activated, the report is issued displaying the subordinate accounts and their associated balances (as listed in the report heading area). When a summary account has been directly posted to (Attention: This is only possible when the corresponding setting is activated in the ACC1 Parameters in the Application

Parameters!), the summary account is displayed separately in the report with the associated balance from direct postings. When checkbox "Show Subordinate Accounts" is deactivated, the report is issued only for summary accounts (and any accounts that are neither summary nor subordinate accounts) and their associated balances. The checkbox setting is supported for all report types, i.e., trial balance by FSC1 or MA code, Year's Overview and Multiple Year Comparison. When printing the report as sorting type "FSC1", "MA Code" or "Account Class", another new checkbox is available, "Suppress Account Lines", with which you can suppress individual account lines in the report. The resulting print out contains only balance totals lines per FSC position, etc. Summary Account / Subordinate Accounts: Account Sheet The Account Sheet report window contains a new checkbox "Show Subordinate Accounts" with analogue functions to the same-named checkbox in the Trial Balances report window. When the checkbox is not activated (default setting), only summary accounts - and any accounts that are neither summary nor subordinate accounts - are included in the report. As soon as the checkbox is activated, only subordinate accounts (i.e., also any accounts that are neither summary nor subordinate accounts, or any summary accounts that have been directly posted to) are included in the report. (Attention: Summary accounts can only be directly posted to when the corresponding setting is activated in the ACC1 Parameters in the Application Parameters!), Listing of Other New Features in WINLine ACC1: AR/AP Accounts - Selection and Display of Locking and Warning Texts The selection combo box for credit warning and lock texts has been enlarged for better display visibility. The selected text is also displayed next to the combo box in the Base Info window. Invoice Modification - Change Bank Setting in Open Invoice The Invoice Modification entry grid has been extended with a new column "Bank". Double-click on the listed bank in the grid line for an open invoice and the Bank Info selection window will open, where you can select an alternative bank that has been set up for the AR/AP account in AR/AP Account Base Info. The SUMCHECK routine fills the new columns in T059 (summary account flag) and in T028 (summary account, debit or credit account). When summary and subordinate accounts were set up in a previous Version 8.7 Build 2000 or 2001, the SUMCHECK validates the balances of accounts in this regard and updates the balances on the summary accounts accordingly. A corresponding message in displayed in the update protocol in this case. Module WINLine CRM Attention: Important Change of Existing Feature! New Case - Workflow Templates - Option Open once/Always Open From this version, the CRM template is always used for the CRM new case window content, regardless of whether option "Open Once" or "Always Open" is set for the workflow in the Workflow Templates window. The mesoform?.meso file is obtained from the \SYSTEM folder on the WINLine folder when the EWL session is started and also when the form is modified and then stored in a temp folder for the user (temp/<Username>/). This allows you to modify the mesoform?.meso for the EWL and to check in PDFs at any time. The form modification are passed on to the EWL users in at least the MSM refresh time and are then available to them during the EWL session.
