William Cooper

A Short Biography

William Cooper was reared in an Air Force family. As a child he lived in many different countries, graduating from Yamato High School in Japan. Since he has traveled through or lived in many different foreign countries Mr. Cooper has a world view much different than most Americans.

William served with the Strategic Air Command, United States Air Force. He held a secret clearance working on B-52 bombers, KC-135 refueling aircraft, and Minuteman missiles. William received his Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force in 1965.

William joined the United States Navy fulfilling a dream previously frustrated by chronic motion sickness. He served aboard the submarine USS Tiru (SS-416), USS Tombigbee (AOG-11), Naval Support Activity Danang RVN, Naval Security and Intelligence Camp Carter RVN, Danang Harbor Patrol RVN, Dong Ha River Security Group RVN, USS Charles Berry (DE-1035), Headquarters Commander in Chief Pacific Fleet, USS Oriskany (CVA-34).

Cooper was a member of the Office of Naval Security and Intelligence serving as a Harbor and River Patrol Boat Captain at Danang and the Dong Ha River Security Group, Cua Viet, Republic of Vietnam. William Cooper was awarded several medals for his leadership and heroism during combat including two with "V" for Valor.

He served on the Intelligence Briefing Team for the Commander In Chief of the Pacific Fleet. William was the Petty Officer of the Watch and designated KL-47 SPECAT operator in the CINCPACFLT Command Center at Makalapa Hawaii. There he held a Top Secret, Q, SI, security clearance.

William Cooper achieved the rank of First Class Petty Officer, QM1, E-6 after only 8 years of Naval service, a difficult task in any branch of the United States military. William Cooper received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Navy on December 11, 1975.

William attended Long Beach City College where he picked up an Associate of Science Degree in Photography. He founded the Absolute Image Studio and Gallery of Fine Art Photography in Long Beach, California.

William held the position of Executive Director of Adelphi Business College, Pacific Coast Technical Institute, and National Technical College. Mr. Cooper was the National Marketing Coordinator for National Education and Software.

He produced several documentaries covering subjects such as the Kennedy assassination and secret black projects that have built flying disk shaped craft. William is an internationally acclaimed radio personality broadcasting the Hour Of The Time on WBCQ worldwide short-wave 7.415 MHz from 10 PM until 11 PM Eastern Standard Time (0300 to 0400 UTC) Monday through Thursday nights.

William Cooper is the author of Behold A Pale Horse. The book has become the best selling underground book of all time. It is read and promoted by word of mouth by People of all races, religions, and nationalities.

Mr. Cooper is a world class lecturer, one of the few other than superstars, monarchs, and Popes who have appeared at Wembly in London. William Cooper has lectured for 10 years in every State.

William Cooper, Trustee, has founded for Harvest Trust, the CAJI News Service, VERITAS national full size newspaper, The Intelligence Service, Harvest Publications, and has helped over 700 low power FM affiliate stations get equipped and on the air... including the station he manages as Trustee for the Independence Foundation Trust, 101.1 FM Eagar, Arizona, broadcasting to 7,000 people.

Under his leadership Harvest Trust ventured into the publishing trade. The first book under the Harvest Trust imprint was Oklahoma City: Day One by Michele Marie Moore... the definitive classic on the Oklahoma City bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995.

Shortly after the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building Rush Limbaugh read a White House memo on the air during his broadcast which named William Cooper, "...the most dangerous radio host in America". Mr. Cooper considers William Clinton's pronouncement the greatest compliment that he has ever received.

William Cooper's FBI file, promulgated by the investigation required by his security clearances while in military service, was one of those unlawfully in possession of the White House in what has become known as, "Filegate". Shortly after this discovery President Clinton ordered all federal agencies to begin investigation, persecution, and prosecution of Mr. Cooper to shut him up.

After years of filing FOIA requests and researching the IRS William Cooper brought suit against the IRS in Federal District Court in Phoenix Arizona to force the IRS to produce proof of jurisdiction and delegation of authority which the IRS was unable to do. To short circuit Mr. Cooper's attempt to reveal the true nature of the criminal IRS, and to carry out the orders of the White House, the agency lied to a Grand Jury, not allowing William Cooper to testify, and secured indictments against Mr. Cooper and his wife Annie. This ploy successfully stopped Mr. Cooper from continuing his suit against the criminal IRS for fear of being arrested.

In 1998 VERITAS and Harvest Publications was sold to Hallmark Creative Corporation along with the copyright and all rights to all written material produced or ever to be produced by William Cooper including Behold A Pale Horse and Oklahoma City: Day one. Hallmark Creative Corporation has contracted to insure this material is always available to the public.

William Cooper continues to champion the cause of Truth and Freedom for all Peoples of all races, religions, and places of ancestral origin. William is Native American, English, Scotch, and Irish. He lives in Arizona. Formerly with his beautiful Chinese wife Annie, daughters, Dorothy (Pooh), little Allyson and their dogs, Sugarbear, and Crusher. In March of 1999 William Sent his family out of the United States for their security. He now lives and works alone with his two dogs, one rooster, and one chicken.

Update : Bill was killed by the Apache County Sherrifs Department during a raid on his home in November of 2001. He is now buried on a hill in Eagar, Arizona. We will be updating this page with more current information shortly (Spring 2003).

All you Bill Cooper fans out there, don't get me wrong. I deeply respected Mr. Cooper (and still do) for his research on the New World Order and the Illuminati. My opinion is that without his contribution to mankind, much of what is now revealed would still be hidden.

In November of 2001, William Cooper, former US Naval Intelligence Officer, the author of "Behold a Pale Horse", and a well respected researcher, was shot dead by a police officer outside his home in Arizona. For more details, click here. Of course, when something like this happens, conspiracy theories arise quickly in the "conspiracy field". Some say it was a pure assassination, a hit job to get rid of this "annoying person". Personally I believe his death had other causes:

William Cooper was a very angry man. I corresponded with him some, and he was hard to reason with. His anger may be justified; he felt extremely betrayed by the government he once served for many years, with the intention to protect the country he loved. When he found out what was going on behind all our backs, he must have been shocked. He decided to reveal the truth as he knew it from his research.

He was quite a loud voice in the community, and hosted many radio shows. He also held lectures, which were quite awesome and extremely insightful. I think he was disappointed and discouraged by the blindness and peoples' unwillingness to confront this evil called the Illuminati. It is

not a secret that he started drinking heavily, which of course didn't help his bad mood and frustration.

Cooper was also a spokesman and a leader for the Christian Patriot Movement, the Militia, and with his outgoing attitude and constant willingness to fight back, he drew the Illuminati's attention in a big way. According to himself, the Feds were putting him under surveillance and they constantly showed up around his house. He put up a diary on his website with daily updates on how the Feds intervened with his privacy and his freedom. He wrote on the same page, that if one day he would stop updating his public diary, he would probably have been killed or kidnapped. One day, in November of 2001 he stopped writing...

Due to his serious involvement in the anti-Illuminati movement, he had to send his family to Europe, "for their own protection", as he put it. Therefore, he lived his last years by himself, together with his dog, Crusher, in his house in Arizona, and died alone without his family.

His involvement in the Christian Patriot Movement certainly must have contributed to that the Illuminati tightened the rope around his neck. According to the police report, the reason the police were outside his residence, waiting for him, was because they wanted to arrest him for a misdemeanor of some sort, unrelated to his research. This fatal night, Cooper was driving home from a radio show he had hosted, and when he saw the police, he must have been furious. Probably he was sick and tired of always being provoked by them, so he continued driving, almost hitting the police men with the car. It is unclear what happened next; did the police or did Cooper open fire first? Either way, Cooper seriously wounded a deputy sheriff (who survived his wounds), and continued running towards his house. The police opened fire and Cooper was dead.

I strongly believe Cooper would still be alive today if it wasn't for his anger, and maybe also some subconscious wish for revenge. He made quite a few enemies in his later years due to his bad temper, and he attacked, sometimes blindly, in all directions - also people who could have been his friends. So perhaps his worst enemy was his own anger, which may eventually have killed him.

I think he was a very brave and genuine man, and I admire him for what he has done, but let us learn something from his death. Most of us who have found out the truth about

the powers of this world,

sometimes feel angry for have been betrayed for so long; and angry because of all the innocent lives that have been taken, due to greed and power. This is normal and quite

alright. However, we cannot let this anger come

out uncontrolled

and think we can win against those people. The only way to get something decent done is to use rational thinking. Rationality can never be achieved by an angry person. No matter how angry we may be inside, we have to swallow it and continue being effective. Education and enlightenment combined is the only way out of this trap, as I see it. We need to learn more about ourselves and look inwards for the truth, so we can change the vibrations around us and that way inspire others to look. Our only hope is that enough people know the truth, so we can be strong enough to say 'NO' to the New World Order, outlaw secret societies with political and evil purposes, and require that the Illuminists are refused powerful positions.

Many people write to me and ask me if we should create a World Army ourselves to fight the Illuminati, or follow the Constitution and go to war against our government, like the Founding Fathers said we should in a situation like this. I say no to that; I don't agree with everything in the Constitution(1). We have to look deeper than that to be able not only to beat the Illuminati, but also to avoid the same thing from happening in the future.

Violence feeds violence, no matter if it is for a good cause or not. By being violent, we justify our actions, which makes it alright to be violent. This creates blindness, and the same blindness that got us into this mess in the first place will lead to more violence and blindness in the future, and we'll soon be back to where we are now. Thus, we are all responsible for our own future and can't blame it on somebody else, including the Illuminati. We in fact brought them upon ourselves for being irresponsible enough to let it all happen.

Education is step number one - enlightenment number two. Without spiritual insights we can only win temporarily, and everything will repeat itself again in cycles. Only if we learn to know ourselves on a spiritual level, we can win on a longer term. How do we get there? Well, it is a very individual journey, and it doesn't matter how we get there, as long as we get there, and we do it peacefully.

(1)I am aware of that the Government is trying to disarm the population, and I am against disarmament. The reason I am against it is because of the purpose of the disarmament project. The Illuminati are horrified that enough people will find out about their agenda and start a riot against them, therefore they want us disarmed; for their own safety.

I think there are pros and cons as with almost everything to have an armed population, but I still believe we should have the right to own weapons. When we do, it restrains the Enemy a little bit from being too quick in their agenda against us. Also, we should have the right to defend ourselves and our loved ones if worse comes to worse and the Government starts shooting at you or your family, or they threaten to take your immediate life. Everything besides that I believe can be better resolved peacefully for the reasons explained in this article.

It has nothing to do with feeling sorry for the offenders; it's all for our own sake and our future. The less blood we have on our own hands, the better off we will be. Therefore, no wars which include killings are really justified. Wes Penre.

Militia Leader Killed, Deputy Wounded During Attempted Arrest Associated Press/The Arizona Republic Nov. 06, 2001 12:20:00

EAGAR - A national leader of the militia movement has been killed and an Apache County sheriff's deputy wounded in a shootout, authorities said. William Milton Cooper, 58, of Eager, had hosted a talk show broadcast on the Worldwide Christian Radio out of Nashville, which receives it via phone from his home in St. Johns. He had millions of listeners worldwide, including Timothy McVeigh. The deputy, whose name was being withheld by authorities, was shot twice in the head while trying to arrest Cooper, a state Department of Public safety spokesman said today. Cooper was killed by another officer. Several deputies were attempting to arrest Cooper, who was armed with a handgun, said Officer Steve Volden, a spokesman for the DPS, which was investigating the shooting. He said details of the shooting would be released later today.

The deputy was in critical condition at a Phoenix hospital early today, Volden said. Cooper was one of the most widely known prophets of the "patriot movement," railing at the federal government and talking of doomsday omens in his radio broadcast. McVeigh, who was executed in May for the bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City, listened to Cooper's broadcasts for inspiration, according to testimony by James Nichols, brother of Oklahoma bombing co-defendant Terry Nichols during a 1996 pretrial hearing. Like some other patriot leaders, Cooper refused to get a driver's license or pay federal income taxes, saying he is willing to risk getting ticketed and has found a legal way to avoid the taxes. The patriot movement grew during the 1990s, fed by a series of news events - the siege of Randy Weaver in Idaho, the raid on the Branch Davidians near Waco, Texas and the signing of gun-control laws.

William Cooper Update

Sierra Times 11.06.01

Details are still sketchy on what caused the Cooper shootout on November 5, 2001, but a fax sent from the Apache County Sheriff's office sheds some more light on the subject. William Cooper was fatally wounded during a late night gunfight. Contrary to what was reported earlier, it was not a SWAT raid, but a simple confrontation between police and Cooper. One Apache County deputy, Robert Martinez was critically wounded in the exchange. Here's what we know so far:

According to the Sheriff's report, several deputies were positioned outside the Cooper residence to serve a warrant for Aggravated Assault and two counts of endangerment. Cooper had stated numerous times in the past that he would not surrender to law enforcement via his website and shortwave radio. Obviously, law enforcement took him seriously. The showdown began at approximately 12:15 pm local time.

After leaving his residence in his vehicle, the report states that Cooper confronted plain clothed deputies a short distance away. "As Cooper drove back to his residence, deputies attempted to stop him using a fully marked patrol vehicle to block the driveway. Cooper refused to stop or comply with verbal orders by the deputies", according to the report.

Cooper then drove around the patrol car to evade the arrest, and the report stated that he tried to run over one of the deputies en route back to his residence. Cooper was then followed a short distance to his residence where this time he was confronted by uniformed deputies. "After refusing once again to comply with the deputies orders, Cooper exited his vehicle and began running toward the house, firing shots with a handgun toward the deputies", the report said. No where in the report did it mention that Cooper only had one leg - the other lost in combat long ago. Cooper died on the scene.

When Deputy Martinez took a head shot, officers returned fire, the report said. According to the Sheriff's office, "the surgery on Martinez went well" , but the condition is still critical. There was a positive history written up about Martinez in the report, but nothing positive about Cooper, of course.

Cooper had made it known that he would take action against law enforcement from years back stating, "trespassers will be shot on discovery." He also denied violating any laws during that period as well. Cooper has a history of harassing and threatening local residents with deadly force, according to the report. He was recently charge with aggravated assault and endangerment, as well as wanted by the U.S. Marshall's Service on unrelated felony charges. Cooper had spent the last month challenging the government's claims about what caused the destruction of the World Trade Center on September 11.

Most who knew of Cooper all state that he was a hard man to get along with - if at all. His demeanor and attitude was "unfriendly" at best. Although state-sponsored media called Cooper a "national militia leader", no one has yet to come forward who was under his command, nor has anyone to this point come forward to claim his 'militia rank'. None of those who knew Cooper and spoke to Sierra Times wanted to

go on the record, but the best statement was, "he was a son-of a bitch, but he was our son-of-a bitch". The new Patriot Act of 2001 has many wondering if the Cooper take down was just the beginning in silencing the voices on opposition in the Country. "Are they just starting in alphabetical order?" one person asked. Cooper was best known for being the first to provide evidence of explosives being found inside the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, including the type of explosive used.

According to his webmaster, "It appears at this time to be totally unrelated to the disputes he had with the federal government." There were no federal agents involved with the gunfight.

The Origin, Identity, and Purpose of MJ-12. May 23, 1989. Updated November 21, 1990

"...I originally wrote this piece as a research paper. It was first delivered at the MUFON Symposium on July 2, 1989, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Most of this knowledge comes directly from, or as a result of my own research into the TOP SECRET/MAJIC material WHICH I SAW AND READ between the years 1970 and 1973 as a member of the Intelligence Briefing Team of the Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet. PART I

The Truman Years During the years following World War II the government of the United States was confronted with a series of events which were to change its future beyond prediction and with it the future of humanity. These events were so incredible that they defied belief. A stunned President Truman and his top Military Commanders found themselves virtually impotent after having just won the most devastating and costly war in history. The United States had developed, used, and to date was the only nation on earth in possession of the Atomic Bomb which alone had the potential to destroy any enemy, and even the Earth itself. At that time the United States had the best economy, the most advanced technology, the highest standard of living, exerted the most influence, and fielded the largest and most powerful military forces in history. We can only imagine the confusion and concern when the informed elite of the United States Government discovered that an alien spacecraft piloted by insect-like beings from a totally incomprehensible culture had crashed in the desert of New Mexico.

13 Crashed Alien Space Craft in U.S.A. Between January 1947 and December 1952 at least 16 crashed or downed alien craft were recovered with 65 dead alien bodies, and one living alien. An additional alien craft had exploded but nothing was recovered from that incident. Of these incidents, 13 occurred within the borders of the United States not including the craft which disintegrated in the air. Of these 13 craft, one was found in Arizona, 11 were in New Mexico, and another had crashed in Nevada. Three incidents also occurred in foreign countries. Of those, one was in Norway, and the last two were in Mexico. Sightings of UFO's were so numerous that serious investigation and debunking of each report became impossible utilizing the existing intelligence assets.

Above Top Secret Classification An alien craft was found on February 13, 1948 on a mesa near Aztec, New Mexico. Another craft was located on March 25, 1948 in Hart Canyon near Aztec, New Mexico. It was 100 feet in diameter. A total of 17 alien bodies were recovered from those two craft. Of even greater significance was the discovery of a large number of human body parts stored within both of these vehicles. A demon had reared its ugly head and paranoia quickly took hold of everyone then "in the know". The 'Secret' classification immediately became an 'Above Top Secret' lid and was screwed down tight. The security blanket was even tighter than that imposed upon the Manhattan Project which developed the Atomic Bomb. In the coming years these events were to become the most closely guarded secrets in the history of the world.

Project SIGN and GRUDGE A special group of America's top scientists were organized and the name "Project SIGN" in December, 1947 to study the phenomenon. The whole nasty business was contained within the shroud of secrecy. Project SIGN evolved into Project GRUDGE in December of 1948. A low level collection and disinformation project called Blue Book was formed under GRUDGE. Sixteen volumes came out of GRUDGE including the controversial "GRUDGE 13" which I and Bill English read and revealed to the public. "Blue Teams" were put together to recover the crashed disks with living or dead aliens. The Blue Teams eventually evolved into "Alpha Teams" under Project POUNCE.

Truman Creates CIA by Executive Order During these early years the United States Air Force and the CIA exercised complete control over the 'Alien Secret'. In fact, the CIA was formed by a Presidential Executive Order, first as the 'Central Intelligence Group' whose express purpose was to handle the 'alien presence'. Subsequently, the National Security Act (NSA) was established to oversee the intelligence

community, especially THE alien endeavor. A series of National Security Council Memos and Executive Orders removed the CIA from the sole task of gathering foreign intelligence information, and slowly but thoroughly legalized the direct action in the form of covert activities at home and abroad. On December 9, 1947, President Truman approved issuance of memo NSC-4, entitled "Coordination of Foreign Intelligence Information Measures" at the urging of Secretaries Marshall, Forrestal, Patterson, as well as the Director of the State Department's Policy Planning Staff, Kennan.

Directive Defines CIA Authority Under NSC-4 The Foreign and Military Intelligence Book 1, "Final Report of the Select Committee to Study Governmental operations with respect to Intelligence Activities", U.S. Senate, 94th Congress, 2nd Session, Report No. 94-755, April 26, 1976, page 49, stated: "This directive empowers the Secretary of State to coordinate overseas information activities designed to counter communism." A top secret annex to NSC-4, is NSC-4A which instructed the Director of Central Intelligence to undertake covert psychological activities in pursuit of the aims set forth in NSC-4. The initial authority given the CIA for covert operations under NSC-4A did not establish formal procedures for either coordination or approving these operations. It simply directed the Director (of the CIA) "to undertake covert actions and to ensure, through liaison with the Departments of State and Defense, that the resulting operations were consistent with American Policy."

Covert Abilities Expanded Later NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were to supersede NSC-4 and NSC-4A and expand their covert abilities even further. The Office of Policy Coordination (OPC) was chartered to carry out an expanded program of convert activities. NSC-10/1 and NSC10/2 validated illegal and extra- legal practices and procedures as being agreeable to the national security leadership. The reaction was swift. In the eyes of the intelligence community "no holds were barred". Under NSC-10/1, an Executive Coordination Group, was established to review (but not approve) covert project proposals. The ECG was secretly tasked only to coordinate alien projects. NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were interpreted to mean that no one at the top wanted to know about anything until a project was over and successful. These actions established an effective buffer between the President and the information they gathered. It was intended that this buffer serve as a means for the President to deny knowledge of such activities to the public if leaks divulged the true state of affairs. This buffer was used in later years for the purpose of effectively isolating succeeding Presidents from any knowledge whatever of the alien presence other than what the Secret Government and the Intelligence Community wanted him to know. NSC-10/2 established a study panel which met secretly and was made up of scientific minds of the day. The study panel was NOT called MJ-12. Another NSC memo, NSC-10-5 further outlined the duties of the study panel. These NSC memos and secret Executive Orders set the stage for the creation of MJ-12 which would come along 4 years later.

Secretary of Defense Forrestal Objects to Alien Secrecy Secretary of Defense, James Forrestal began to object to the secrecy since he was a very idealistic and religious man who believed that the public should be told. President Truman asked him to resign his position for divulging to leaders of the opposition party and to leaders of the Congress the alien problem. He expressed his fears to many other people and rightfully believed that he was being watched. His actions were interpreted by those who were ignorant of the facts as paranoia. Forrestal later was said to have suffered a mental breakdown and was admitted to Bethesda Naval Hospital. In fact it was feared that Forrestal would begin to talk again and he had to be

isolated and discredited. Sometime in the early morning of May 22, 1949 agents of the CIA tied a sheet around his neck, fastened the other end to a fixture in his room and threw James Forrestal out the window. The sheet tore and he plummeted to his death becoming one of the first victims of a cover-up.

Living Alien Rescued at Roswell, New Mexico, 1949 The living alien that had been rescued from the 1949 Roswell crash was named "EBE". Its name had been suggested by Dr. Vannever Bush as an acronym for Extra-terrestrial Biological Entity. EBE had a tendency to lie and for over a year would give only the expected answer to questions asked by his interrogators. Those questions which would have resulted in an undesirable answer went unanswered. At some point during the second year of captivity he began to open up and the information derived from EBE was startling, to say the least. This compilation of his revelations became the foundation of what would later be called the "Yellow Book". Photographs were taken of EBE which, among others, I and Bill English were to view years later in Project GRUDGE 13.

Alien Biological System Based on Chlorophyll Process In late 1951 EBE became very ill and medical personnel had been unable to determine the cause of his illness as they had no background about his biological structure from which to draw. EBE's biological system was chlorophyll based and processed food into energy much the same as plants did. Waste material was excreted the same as plants. It was decided that an expert on botany was called for. A botanist, Dr. Guillermo Mendoza, was brought in to help EBE recover. Dr. Mendoza worked hard to save his life until EBE died in mid-1952. Dr. Mendoza became an expert on alien Biology. Meanwhile in the futile attempt to save EBE and to gain favor with this technologically superior alien race, the United States began broadcasting into the vast regions of space a call for help early in 1952. The call went unanswered as EBE's life ebbed away but the project continued as an effort of good faith.

Truman Creates NSA to Decipher Alien Language President Truman created the super secret NSA National Security Agency by secret Executive Order on November 4, 1952. Its primary purpose was to decipher the alien's communications and language, and establish a dialogue with them. This extremely urgent task was a continuation of an earlier effort and was code named SIGMA. The secondary purpose of the NSA was to monitor all communications and transmissions from any and all devices worldwide for the purpose of gathering intelligence, both human or alien, and to contain the secret of the alien presence from the public at large. Project SIGMA was successful. The NSA also maintains communications with the Lunar base and other Secret Space Programs.

NSA is Above the Law By Executive Order the NSA is exempt from all laws which do not specifically name the NSA in the text of the law as being subject to that law. That meant that if the agency is not spelled out in the text of any and every law passed by the U.S.Congress, it is not subject to any of those laws. The NSA now performs many other duties and in fact is the premiere agency within the intelligence community. Today NSA receives 75% of the budget allotted to the total intelligence community. The old saying "where the money goes therein the power resides" is true in this case. The primary task of the NSA today is still alien communications, but now also

includes other alien projects as well. Whereas, the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) is a figurehead maintained as a public ruse.

U.S.A. Shares Alien Secret with Soviet Union President Truman had been keeping our military allies, including the Soviet Union, informed of the developing alien problem since the Roswell recovery. This had been done in case the aliens turned out to be a threat to the human race. Plans were formulated to defend the Earth in case of invasion. Great difficulty was encountered in maintaining international secrecy. It was decided that an outside group was necessary to coordinate and control international efforts in order to hide the secret from the normal scrutiny of governments by the press. The result was the formation of a secret society know as the "Bilderbergers" whose headquarters is located in Geneva, Switzerland. The Bilderbergers evolved into a secret world government that now controls everything, including the World Banking system. Banking system. The United Nation was considered then and is now, an international joke among the elite power structure.

President Eisenhower tackles the Alien Problem In 1953 a new man occupied the White House who was used to a structured staff organization with a chain of command. His method of command was to delegate authority and rule by committee. He made the major decisions but only when his advisors were unable to come to a consensus. His normal method was to read through or listen to several alternatives and then approve one. Those who worked closely with him have stated that his favorite comment was, "just do whatever it takes". He spent a lot of time on the golf course which was not at all unusual for a man who had been career Army with the ultimate position of Supreme Allied Commander during World War II.....a position which carries five stars on it. This President was General of the Army, Dwight David Eisenhower. During his first year in office 1953, at least 10 more crashed alien disks were recovered along with 26 dead and four living aliens. Of these ten downed craft, four were found in Arizona, two in Texas, one in New Mexico, one in Louisiana, one in Montana, and one in South Africa. There were hundreds of disk sightings reported in that year.

Eisenhower and Rockefeller Join Forces Eisenhower knew that he had to wrestle and beat the alien problem. He also knew that he could not do it by revealing the secret to the U.S.Congress. Early in 1953, the new President turned to his friend and fellow member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Nelson Rockefeller for help with the alien problem. Asking Rockefeller for his assistance with the alien problem was to be the biggest mistake Eisenhower ever made for the future of the United States and (probably most of all) for humanity. Eisenhower and Rockefeller began planning the secret structure of alien task supervision which would become a reality within a year. The 'matrix' for MJ-12 was thus born. Why had he turned to Nelson Rockefeller on this sensitive Top Secret issue? Nelson's Uncle Winthrop Aldrich had been crucial in convincing Eisenhower to run for President. Consequently, the entire Rockefeller family brought forth the Rockefeller empire to solidly back Ike.

Rockefeller Appointed Chairman of Advisory Committee Within one week of Eisenhower's election he had appointed Nelson Rockefeller chairman of a Presidential Advisory Committee on Government Organization. Rockefeller was responsible for planning the reorganization of the government. New Deal programs went into one single cabinet position called the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. When the Congress approved the new cabinet position in April of 1953, Nelson was named to the post of Undersecretary under Oveta Culp Hobby.

Space Visitors Discovered by Astronomers In 1953 astronomers discovered large objects in space that were moving towards the Earth. It was first believed that they were asteroids. Later astronomical evidence proved that the objects could only be spaceships. Project SIGMA intercepted alien radio communication. When the objects reached the Earth they took up a very high orbit around the equator. There were several huge ships, and their actual intent was unknown. Project SIGMA and PLATO, a new project utilizing computer binary language in radio telecommunications, were able to arrange a landing that resulted in face to face contact with alien beings from another planet. Project PLATO was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with this alien race of space beings.

Aliens from Plieades Warns U.S. about 'Grays' In the meantime, a race of humanoid-looking aliens made contact with the U.S.Government. This alien group warned us against the aliens that were orbiting over the Equator and offered to help us with our spiritual development. They stipulated that we dismantle and destroy our nuclear weapons systems as the major condition to their offer. They refused to exchange technology citing that we were spiritually unable to handle the technology that they possessed at that time. They believed that we would only use their new technology to destroy each other. This race stated that we were on a path of self-destruction and therefore must stop killing each other, stop polluting the planet, stop raping the Earth's natural resources, and learn to live in harmony with each other. These terms were met with extreme suspicion, especially the major condition of nuclear disarmament. It was believed that meeting that condition would leave us helpless in the face of an obvious alien threat. We also had nothing in history to help with the decision. Nuclear disarmament was not considered to be within the best interest of the United States. Therefore the overtures were rejected.

Aliens from Orion Greet President Eisenhower Later in 1954, the race of large nosed Gray Aliens which had been orbiting the Earth landed at Holloman Air Force Base. A basic agreement was reached with them. This race identified themselves as originating from a planet around a red star in the Constellation of Orion which we call Betelgeuse. They state that their planet was dying and that at some unknown future time they would no longer be able to survive there. This led to a second landing at Edwards Air Force Base. The historical event had been planned in advance and details of the treaty had been agreed upon. Eisenhower arranged to be in Palm Springs on vacation. On the appointed day the President spirited away to the airbase and the excuse was given to the press that he was visiting a dentist.

Treaty signed with Alien Nation Ambassador Krill President Eisenhower met with the aliens and a formal treaty was signed between the U.S.A and the Alien Nation. We then received our first Alien Ambassador from outer space whose name and title were "His Omnipotent Highness Krill", (pronounce "Krill"). In the American tradition of disdain for royal titles, he was secretly called the "Original Hostage Krill". You should also know that the alien's flag is known at the "Trilateral Insignia". It is displayed on their craft and worn on their uniforms. Both of these landings and second meeting were filmed which exist today in some vault. The Treaty stated: the aliens would not interfere in our affairs and we would not interfere in theirs. We would keep their presence on earth a secret. They could furnish us with advanced technology and would help us in our technological development. They would not make any treaty with any other earth nation. They could abduct humans on a limited and periodic basis for purpose of medical examination and monitoring of our development with the stipulation that humans would not be harmed, would be returned to their point of abduction, that the

humans would have no memory of the event, and that the alien nation would furnish MJ-12 with a list of all human contacts and abductees on a regularly scheduled basis. It was agreed that each nation would receive the Ambassador of the other for as long as the treaty remained in force. It was further agreed that the alien nation and the United States would exchange 16 personnel with each other for the purpose of learning more about one another.

Alien Personnel Exchanged & Underground Base Constructed The Alien "Guests" would remain on Earth and the human "Guests" would travel to the Alien's point of origin for a specified period of time and then return exchanging personnel to their home planet. It was also agreed that bases would be constructed underground for the use of the Alien nation. And 2 bases would be constructed for the joint use of the Alien nation and the United States Government. Exchange of technology would take place in the jointly occupied bases. These alien bases would be constructed under Indian reservations in the four corners area of Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. Another one would be constructed in Nevada within the area known as S-4 located approximately seven miles south of the western border of Area 51 known as Dreamland. All alien bases are under complete control of the Naval Department and all personnel who work in these complexes received their paychecks from the Navy. Construction of the bases began immediately but progress was slow until larger amounts of money were made available in 1957. Work continued on the "Yellow Book" compiling historical and sociological data about the alien culture.

Alien Space Craft Tested In Nevada: Project REDLIGHT Meanwhile, Project REDLIGHT was formed and experimentation of test flying alien-like aircraft was begun in earnest. A super TOP SECRET facility was built at Groom Lake, Nevada in the midst of the weapons testing range. It was code-named, DREAMLAND. The installation was placed under the Department of the Navy and clearance of all personnel required a "Q" clearance as well as Executive (Presidential) Approval. This is ironic due to the fact that the President of the United States does not have clearance to visit the site. The alien base and exchange of technology actually took place in an area known as S-4, and was code-named, "The Dark Side of the Moon". (Remember the movie. . . Close Encounters of the Third Kind?) The Army was tasked to form a super secret organization to furnish security for all alien tasked projects. This organization became the National Reconnaissance Organization based at Fort Carson, Colorado. The specific teams trained to secure the projects were called DELTA teams. A second project code-named SNOWBIRD was promulgated to explain away any sightings of the REDLIGHT crafts as being Air Force experiments. The SNOWBIRD crafts were manufactured using conventional technology and were flown for the press on several occasions. Project SNOWBIRD was also used to debunk legitimate public sightings of alien (UFO) craft. Project SNOWBIRD was very successful and reports from the public declined steadily until recent years.

Secret Fund Finances 75 Underground Bases in USA A multi-million dollar Secret Fund was organized and kept by the Military Office of the White House. This fund was used to build over 75 deep underground facilities. Presidents who asked about it were told the fund was used to build Deep Underground Shelters for the President in case of war. However, only a few were built for the President. Millions of dollars were funnelled through this office to MJ-12 and then out to the contractors and was used to build TOP SECRET alien bases as well as TOP SECRET DUMB (Deep Underground Military Bases), and the facilities promulgated by "Alternative 2", throughout the nation. President Johnson used this fund to build a movie theater and pave the road on his ranch. He had no idea of its true purpose. The location and everything to do with these sites are considered and treated as TOP SECRET. The money was and is in control of the Military Office of the White House; it was and is laundered through a circuitous web that even the most knowledgeable spy or accountant could not follow. As of 1980 only a few at the beginning and the end of this financial web knew what

this money was for. At the beginning were Representative George Mahon, of Texas, the Chairman of the House Appropriation Committee and of its Defense Subcommittee; and Representative Robert Sikes, of Florida, Chairman of the House Appropriations Military Construction Subcommittee. Today it is rumored that House Speaker Jim Wright controls the money in Congress and that a power struggle is underway to remove him from power. At the end of the line was the President, the Director of the Military Office, a Commander at the Washington Navy Yard, and the MJ-12. The money was authorized by the Appropriation Committee who allocated funds to the Department of Defense as a TOP SECRET item in the Army construction program. The Army, however, could not spend it and in fact did not even know of its intended purpose. Authorization to spend the money was in reality given to the Navy. The money was channeled to the Chesapeake Division of the navy Engineers who did not know its purpose either. Not even the Commanding Officer, who as an Admiral, know what the fund was for. Only one man, a Navy Commander, who was assigned to the Chesapeake Division but in reality was responsible only to the Military office of the White House knew of its actual purpose, amount, and ultimate destination of the TOP SECRET fund. The total secrecy surrounding the fund meant that almost every trace of it could be made to disappear by the very group who controlled it. There has never been and most likely never will be an audit of this secret fund. Large amounts of money were transferred from the TOP SECRET fund to a location at Palm Beach, Florida that belongs to the Coast Guard called Peanut Island. The island is adjacent to property which was owned by Joseph Kennedy. The money was said to have been used for landscaping and general beautification. Some time ago a TV news special on the Kennedy assassination told of a Coast Guard Officer transferring money in a briefcase to a Kennedy employee across this property line. Could this have been a secret Payment to the Kennedy family for the loss of their son, John F. Kennedy? The payments continued through the year 1967 and then stopped. The total amount transferred is unknown and the actual use of the money is also unknown.

Rockefeller assumes post as Cold War Strategist Meanwhile, Nelson Rockefeller changed positions again. This time he was to take C.D. Jackson's old position which had been called the Special Assistant for Psychological Strategy. With Nelson's appointment the name was changed to the Special Assistant for Cold War Strategy. This position would evolve over the years into the same position Henry Kissinger was ultimately to hold under President Nixon. Officially he was to give "Advice and assistance in the development of increased understanding and cooperation among all people". The official description was a smoke screen for secretly he was the Presidential Coordinator for the Intelligence Community. In his new post, Rockefeller reported directly, and only, to the President. He attended meetings of the Cabinet, the Council on Foreign Economic Policy, and the National Security Council which was the highest policy-making body in the government.

NSC-5410 Memo defines Scope of Majority Twelve Nelson Rockefeller was also given a second important job as the head of a secret unit called the Planning Coordination Group which was formed under NSC 5412/1 in March of 1955. The group consisted of different ad hoc members depending on the subject of the agenda. The basic members were Rockefeller, a representative of the Department of State, and the Director of Central Intelligence Agency. It was soon called the "5412 Committee" or the "Special Group". NSC 5412/1 established the rule that covert operations were subject to approval by an executive committee, whereas in the past these operations were initiated solely on the authority of the Director of Central Intelligence. In 1954 by secret Executive Memorandum, NSC 5410, Eisenhower had preceded NSC 5412/1 to establish a permanent committee (not ad hoc) to be known as Majority Twelve (MJ-12) to oversee and conduct all covert activities concerned with the alien question. NSC 5412/1 was created to explain the purpose of these meetings when Congress and the Press became curious. Majority Twelve was made up of Nelson Rockefeller, the Director of the CIA Allen

Welsh Dulles, the Secretary of Defense Charles E. Wilson, The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Arthur W. Radford, the Director of the FBI J.Edgar Hoover, and six men from the executive committee of the Council on Foreign Relations known as the "Wise Men. These men were all members of a secret society of scholars that called themselves "The Jason Society", or "The Jason Scholars" who recruited their members from the "Skull and Bones" and the "Scroll and Key" societies of Harvard and Yale, respectively.

Key members from the Jason Scholars, Secret Society The "Wise Men" were key members of the Council on Foreign Relations. The membership totaled twelve which included six individuals from governmental positions thus the name, Majority Twelve. This group was made up over the years of the top officers and directors of the Council on Foreign Relations and later on from the Trilateral Commission. Notable names as Gordon Dean, George Bush, and Zbigniew Brzezinski were among them. The most important and influential of the "Wise Men" who served on MJ-12 were John McCloy, Robert Lovett, Averell Harriman, Charles Bohlen, George Kennan, and Dean Acheson. It is significant to recall that President Eisenhower as well as the first six MJ-12 members from government state departments were also members of the Council on Foreign Relations. Thorough researchers will soon discover that not all the "Wise Men" attended Harvard or Yale and not all of them were chosen from "Skull and Bones" or "Scroll and Key" memberships during their college years. You will be able to quickly clear up this mystery by obtaining the book The Wise Men by Walter Isaacson and Evan Thomas, Simon and Schuster, New York. Under illustration #9 in the center of the book you will find the caption "Lovett with the Yale Unit, above far right, and on the beach: His initiation into Skull and Bones came at an airbase near Dunkirk". I have found that members were chosen on an ongoing basis by invitation based upon merit post college and was not confined to only Harvard or Yale Grads. A chosen few were later initiated into the Jason Society. They are all members of the Council on Foreign Relations and at that time were known as the "Eastern Establishment". This should give you a clue to the far reaching and serious nature of these very secret college societies. The Jason Society is alive and well today, and now includes members within the Trilateral Commission as well. The Trilateralists existed secretly several years before 1973. The name of the Trilateral Commission as you remember was taken from the alien's flag insignia known as the "Trilateral Insignia".

MJ-12 Known Under Many Names Majority Twelve was to survive right up to the present day. However, under Presidents Eisenhower and Kennedy it was erroneously called the "5412 Committee"; more correctly, it was called the "Special Group". In the Johnson administration it became known as the "303 Committee" because the name 5412 had been compromised in the book The Secret Government. Actually NSC5412/1 was leaked to the author to hide the existence of NSC 5410. While under Nixon, Ford, and Carter the Special Group was called the "40 Committee". And under Reagan, it became the "PI40 Committee". Over all those years its purpose remained the same, only the name changed.

Aliens Break Treaty, Mutilate Human Bodies, 1955 By 1955 it became obvious that the aliens had deceived Eisenhower and had broken the treaty. Mutilated humans were being found along with mutilated animals all across the United States. It was suspected that the aliens were not submitting a complete list of human contacts and abductees to "MJ-12" as agreed by Treaty, and it was suspected that not all abductees had been returned. The Soviet Union was suspected of interacting with them and this proved to be true. It was learned that the aliens had been and were continuing to manipulate masses of people through the occult movement, various cults, secret societies, witchcraft, magic, and religions. After several Air Force combat air engagements with alien craft, it became blatantly apparent that our weapons were no match against their technology.

Subsequently, in November of 1955 Eisenhower issued NSC-5412/2 establishing a study committee to explore "all factors which are involved in the making and implementing of foreign policy in the nuclear age." This was only a blanket of snow that covered the real subject of intense scrutiny on the alien question.

NSC-5412/2 Creates Contingency Plan to Study Alien Problem

By secret Executive Memorandum, NSC-5411 (1954), Eisenhower had commissioned the study group to "examine all the facts, evidence, lies, and deception and discover the truth of the alien question." NSC-5412/2 was only a cover that had become necessary when the press began inquiring as to the purpose of regular meetings of such important men. The first meetings began at Quantico Marine Base. The study group was made up of 35 members of the Council on Foreign Relations, secret scholars known as the "Jason Society" or the "Jason Scholars". Dr. Edward Teller was invited to participate. Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski was the study director for the first 18 months. Dr. Henry Kissinger was chosen as the group's study director for the second 18 months. Nelson Rockefeller was a frequent visitor during the study.

Second Phase Meeting of 'Study Group' The second phase meetings were also held at the Marine Base at Quantico, Virginia and the group became known as Quantico 11. Nelson Rockefeller built a retreat somewhere in Maryland for MJ-12 and the study committee that could only be reached by air so that they could meet away from public scrutiny. This secret meeting place is known by the code name "The Country Club". Complete living, eating, recreation, library, and meeting facilities exist at the location. The study group was "publicly" closed in the latter months of 1956 and Henry Kissinger published what was officially termed the results in 1957 as "Nuclear Weapons and Foreign Policy" by Henry Kissinger, published for the Council on Foreign Relations by Harper & Brothers, New York. In truth the manuscript had already been 80% written while Kissinger was at Harvard. The study group continued veiled in secrecy. A clue to the seriousness Kissinger attached to the study can be found in statements by his wife and friends. Many of them stated that Henry would leave home early each morning and return late each night without speaking to anyone or responding to anyone. It seemed as if he were in another world which held no room for anyone else. These statements are very revealing into the nature of Henry's personal dilemma. The revelations of the alien presence and their actions during the study must have been a great shock to his reality system. Henry Kissinger was definitely out of character during the time surrounding there meetings. He would never again be affected in this manner no matter the seriousness of any subsequent event. On many occasions he would work very late into the night after having already put in a full day. This behavior eventually led to divorce.

Major Finding resulted from Alien Study: Economic Collapse A major finding of the alien study was that the public could not be told since it was believed that this knowledge most certainly would lead to economic collapse, collapse of the religious structure, and national panic which would lead into anarchy. Secrecy thus was continued. An offshoot of this finding was that if the public could not be told then the Congress could not be told either; thus funding for the projects and research would have to come from outside normal government channels. In the meantime money was to be obtained from the military budget and from CIA confidential non-appropriated funds.

Second Major Finding: Genetic Experiments upon Humans Another major finding was the aliens were using humans and animals for sources of glandular secretions, enzymes, hormonal secretions, and blood, as well as in horrible genetic experiments. The aliens explained these actions as necessary to their survival. They stated that their genetic structure had deteriorated and that they were no longer able to reproduce. They also stated that if they were unable to improve their genetic structure their race would soon cease to exist. We looked upon their explanations with extreme suspicion.

Current Weapon Technology Useless against Aliens Since our weapons were literally useless against the aliens MJ-12 decided to continue friendly diplomatic relations with them until such time as we were able to develop a technology which would enable us to challenge them on a military basis. Overtures would have to be made to the Soviet Union, and other nations, to join forces for the survival of humanity. In the meantime plans were developed to research and construct two weapons systems using conventional and nuclear technology which would hopefully bring us to parity. The results of the research were Projects JOSHUA and EXCALIBUR. Joshua was a weapon captured from the Germans which at that time was capable of shattering four inch thick armor

plate at a range of two miles using low frequency sound waves. It was believed that this weapon would be effective against the alien craft and their beam weapons. Excalibur was a weapon carried by missile not to exceed 30,000 feet AGL, not to deviate from designated target more that 50 meters, would penetrate 1,000 meters of tufa hard packed soil such as that found in New Mexico, would carry a one megaton warhead, and was intended for use in destroying the aliens in their underground bases. Joshua was developed successfully but never used to my knowledge. Excalibur was not pushed until recent years, and now there is an unprecedented effort to develop this weapon.

Vatican Archives reveals 'End Times' Prophecy True The events at Fatima in the early part of the century were scrutinized. On suspicion that it was alien manipulation, an intelligence operation was put into motion to penetrate the secrecy surrounding the event. The United States utilized its Vatican moles that had been recruited and nurtured during WWII and soon obtained the entire Vatican study which included the prophecy. This prophecy stated that if man did not turn from evil and place himself at the feet of Christ, the planet would self-destruct and the events described in the book of Revelations would indeed come to pass. It stated that a child would be born who would unite the world with a plan for world peace and initiate a false religion beginning in 1992. By 1995 the people would discern that he was evil and was indeed linked with the Anti-Christ. World War III would begin in the Middle East in 1995 with an invasion of Israel by the United Arab nations using conventional weapons which would culminate in a nuclear holocaust in the latter part of 1999. Between 1999 and the year 2003 most of life on the planet Earth would suffer horribly and die as a result. The return of the Christ would occur in the year 2011.

Aliens Confronted with Biblical Prophecy When the aliens were confronted with this finding they confirmed that it was true. (The reader is cautioned to remember that the alien's hidden agenda is support by lying.) The aliens further explained that they had created the human species through hybridization and had manipulated the human race historically through religion, Satanism, witchcraft, magic and other occult movements. They further purported that they were capable of time travel and the events would indeed come to pass according to the text in Revelations if the current trends and attitudes persist. Later exploitation of alien technology by the United States and the Soviet Union utilizing time travel confirmed the prophecy. The aliens showed a hologram which they claimed was the actual crucifixion of Christ and allowed the government to film. We didn't know whether to believe them or not. Were they using genuine religions to manipulate us? Or, were they indeed the source of our religions with which they have been manipulating us all along? Was this the beginning of the genuine END TIMES and the RETURN OF CHRIST which has been predicted in the Bible? No one knew the answer. A symposium was held in 1957 which was attended by some of the greatest scientific minds living then. They reached the conclusion that by the end of the century or shortly after the year 2,000 the planet would self-destruct due to increased population and man's exploitation of the environment without any help from God or the aliens.

Jason Scholars are asked to develop Alternative Scenario By secret Executive Order of President Eisenhower, the Jason Scholars were ordered to study this scenario and make recommendations called "Alternatives 1, 2, & 3." Alternative One was the use of nuclear devices to blast holes in the Stratosphere from which the heat and pollution would escape into space. Change the human cultures from that of exploitation into cultures of environmental protection. Of the three this was decided to be the least likely to succeed due to the inherent nature of man and the additional damage the nuclear explosions would themselves create.

Alternative Two was to build a vast network of underground cities and tunnels in which a select representation of all cultures and occupations would survive and carry on the human race. The rest of humanity would be left to fend for themselves on the surface of the planet. Alternative Three was to exploit the alien and conventional technology in order for a select few to leave the earth and establish colonies in outer space. I am not able to either confirm nor deny the existence of "Batch Consignments" of human slaves which would be used for the manual labor in the effort as part of the plan. The Moon, code named "Adam" would be the object of primary interest followed by the planet Mars, code named "Eve". As a delaying action, all three alternatives would include birth control, sterilization, and the introduction of deadly microbes to control or slow the growth of the Earth's population. AIDS virus is only ONE result of these plans. There are other contingencies at work. It was decided since the population must be reduced and controlled that it would be in the best interest of the human race to rid ourselves of the undesirable elements of our society. The joint U.S. and Soviet leadership dismissed Alternative One, but ordered work to begin on Alternatives Two and Three virtually at the same time.

Rand Corporation Symposium on Underground Shelters In 1959 the Rand Corporation hosted a Deep Underground Construction Symposium. In the Symposium report, machines are pictured and described which would bore a tunnel 45 feet in diameter at the rate of 5 feet per hour. It also displays pictures of huge tunnels and underground vaults containing what appear to be complex facilities and possibly even cities. It appears that in the previous five years an all-out underground construction effort had made significant progress by that time.

Illegal Drug Markets become Financial Resource for CIA The ruling powers decided that one means of funding the alien connection or other black market projects was to corner the illegal drug market. A young ambitious member of the Council on Foreign Relations was approached with this concept. He was president and C.E.O. of Zapata Oil Co. based in Texas. George Bush is his name. Zapata Oil was experimenting with the new technology of offshore drilling. It was correctly thought that the drugs shipped from South America to offshore platforms by fishing boats could be brought ashore by the normal transportation route used for supplies and personnel. By this method no customs or law enforcement agency would subject the cargo to search procedures. George Bush agreed to help and organized the operation in conjunction with CIA support. The plan worked better than anyone had ever anticipated and has since expanded worldwide. There are now many other methods of bringing the illegal drugs into the country. It must always be remembered that George Bush began the sale of drugs to our children. Regardless of the present day media hype campaign to "Just Say No! to Drugs", our country's Drug Czar is George Bush. The CIA now controls all the world's illegal drug markets.

"GRUDGE" Contains sixteen volumes of documented information collected from the beginning of the United States investigation of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO's) and Identified Alien Craft (IAC). The project was funded by CIA confidential funds (non-appropriated) and money from the illicit drug trade. Participation in the illegal drug trade was justified in that it would identify and eliminate the weak elements of our society. The purpose of project GRUDGE was to collect all scientific, technological,

medical and intelligence information from UFO/IAC sightings and contacts with alien life forms. This orderly fileof collected information has been used to advance the United States Space Program. "MJ-12" is the name of the secret control group. President Dwight D. Eisenhower commissioned a secret society known as THE JASON SOCIETY (JASON SCHOLARS) to sift through all the facts, evidence, technology, lies and deception and find the truth of the alien question. The society was made up of 32 of the most prominent men in the country in 1972 and the top 12 members were designated MJ-12. MJ-12 has total control of everything. They are designated by the code J-1, J-2, J-3, etc. all the way through the members of the JASON SOCIETY. The directorof the CIA was appointed J-1 and is the Director of MJ-12. MJ-12 is responsible only to the President. MJ-12 runs most of the world's illegal drug trade. This was done to hide funding and thus keep the secret from the Congress and the people of the United States. It was justified in that it would identify and eliminate the weak elements of our society. The cost of funding the alien connected projects is higher than anything you can imagine. MJ-12 assassinated President Kennedy when he informed them that he was going to tell the public all the facts of the alien presence. He was killed by the Secret Service agent driving his car and it is plainly visible in the film held from public view. A secret meeting place was constructed for MJ-12 in MARYLAND and it is described as being accessible only by air. It contains full living, recreational and other facilities for MJ-12 and the JASON SOCIETY. It is code-named "THE COUNTRY CLUB". Only those persons with a TOP SECRET/MAJIC security clearance are allowed to go there. "MAJI" is the MAJORITY AGENCY FOR JOINT INTELLIGENCE. All information, disinformation, and intelligence is gathered and evaluated by this agency . This agency is responsible for all disinformation and operates in conjunction with the CIA, NSA, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. This is a very powerful organization and all alien projects are under its control. MAJI is responsible only to MJ-12. "SIGMA" is the project which first established communications with the aliens and is still responsible for communications. "PLATO" is the project responsible for Diplomatic relations with the aliens. This project secured a formal treaty (illegal under the Constitution) with the aliens. The terms were that the aliens would give us technology. In return "we" agreed to keep their presence on earth a secret, not to interfere in any way with their actions, and to allow them to abduct humans and animals. The aliens agreed to furnish MJ-12 with a list of abductees on a periodic basis. "MAJIC" is the security classification and clearance of all alien-connected material, projects and information. "MAJIC" means MAJI Controlled. "AQUARIUS" is a project which compiled the history of alien presence and their interaction with Homo Sapiens upon this planet for the last 25,000 years and culminating with the Basque people who live in the mountainous country on the border of France, Spain and the Syrians. "GARNET" is the project responsible for control of all information and documents regarding this subject and accountability of the information and these documents. "PLUTO" is a project to evaluate all UFO/IAC information pertaining to space technology. "POUNCE" is the project formed to recover all downed/crashed craft and aliens. "REDLIGHT" is the project to test-fly recovered alien craft. It is conducted at AREA 51 (DREAMLAND) in Nevada. It was aided when the aliens gave us craft and helped us fly them. The initial project was somewhat successful in that we flew a recovered craft but it blew up in the air and the pilots were killed. The project was suspended at that time until the aliens agreed to help us. "SNOWBIRD" was established as a cover for project REDLIGHT. Several flying saucer-type craft were built using conventional technology. They were unveiled to the press and flown in front of the press. The purpose was to explain accidental sightings or disclosure of REDLIGHT as having been the SNOWBIRD craft. "LUNA" is the alien base on the far side of the Moon. It was seen and filmed by the Apollo Astronauts. A base, a mining operation using very large machines and the very large alien craft which have been described in various sighting reports as "MOTHER SHIPS" are based there. "NRO" is the National Reconnaissance Organization based at Fort Carson, Colorado. It is responsible for security for all alien or alien craft connected projects.

"DELTA" is the designation for the specific arm of the NRO which is especially trained and tasked with security of these projects. [The so-called "Delta Force" has been labelled by the government [in media reports] as an anti-terrorist special combat unit. It apparently has other, covert responsibilities. This would also seem to tie in all too neatly with the "contingency plans" listed below. =CSW.] "JOSHUA" is a project to develop a low frequency pulsed sound generating weapon. It was said that this weapon would be effective against the alien craft and beam weapons. [NOTE: It is known that a special experimental project was launched some years ago under the auspices of the US Navy to investigate a special low frequency, pulsed sound and radio wave system. The antennae for such a system consisted of buried cables that extended radially for several hundred miles in all directions from the generator site. The listed purpose of these experiments was to develop a system of communications that could be used with our submarines world-wide that could neither be detected by anyone not having this specific equipment nor jammed by any conventional source known to current technology. This may or may not have been a "cover story". It is equally interesting to note that while this "national secret" was being printed in certain "popular" monthly mechanical and science magazines, articles appeared in several of the more serious scientific journals concerning experiments with a sound-wave generating weapon that operates in the 4 to 13 Hertz range that could be fatal to "enemy troops"...perhaps reducing them, quite literally, to a mass of quivering jelly. =CSW.] "EXCALIBUR" is a weapon to destroy the alien underground bases. It is to be a missile capable of penetrating 1000 meters of Tufa or hard-packed soil such as that found in New Mexico with no operational damage. Missile apogee not to exceed 30,000 feet AGL and impact must not deviate in excess of 50 meters from designated target. The device will carry a 1 megaton nuclear warhead. "ALIENS": There were 4 types of aliens mentioned in the papers. A LARGE-NOSED GREY, with whom "we" have the treaty, the GREY reported in abductee cases that works for the LARGE-NOSED GREY, a blond human like type described as the NORDIC and a red-haired, human-like type called the ORANGE. The home planets of the aliens are described as being a star in the Constellation of Orion, Barnards star, and Zeta Riticuli 1&2. I cannot remember even under hypnosis which aliens belong to which star. "EBE" is the name or designation given to the live alien captured at the 1949 Roswell crash. He died in captivity. "KRLL" OR "KRLLL" OR "CRLL" OR "CRLLL" pronounced Crill or Krill was the hostage left with us at the first Holloman landing as a pledge that the aliens would carry out their part of the basic agreement reached during that meeting. KRLL gave us the foundation of the yellow book which was completed by the guests at a later date. KRLL became sick and was nursed by Dr. G. Mendoza, who became the expert on alien biology and medicine. KRLL later died. His information was disseminated under the pseudonym O.H. Cril or Crill. "GUESTS" were aliens exchanged for humans who gave us the balance of the yellow book. At the time I saw the information there were only 3 left alive. They were called (ALF's) Alien Life Forms. RELIGION: The aliens claim to have created Homo Sapiens through hybridization. The papers said that RH Negative blood was proof of this. They further claimed to have created all of our major religions. The showed a hologram of the crucifixion of Christ which the Government filmed. They claim that JESUS, the CHRIST, was created by them. ALIEN BASES exist in the four corners area of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Nevada. Six bases were described in the 1972 papers, all on Indian reservations and all in the four corners area. The base near Dulce was one of them. MURDER: The documents stated that many military and government personnel had been terminated (murdered; executed without due process of law) when they had attempted to reveal the secret of the aliens, the JASON SOCIETY and MJ-12. [NOTE: Any adult human being who lives in today's society and who still does not believe that "Our Government" would commit cold-blooded murder in order to preserve their idea of an acceptable "status quo"....that person should be placed in a secured, well-padded cell and not allowed to play with pointed or sharp objects.He/she is both intellectually and morally Brain Dead. As an example, does any sane person really believe that Karen Silkwood died in an auto "accident" ? =CSW] CRAFT RECOVERIES: The documents stated that many craft had been recovered. The early ones from Roswell, Aztec, Roswell again, Texas, Mexico, and other places.

GENERAL DOOLITTLE made a prediction that one day we would have to reckon with the aliens and the document stated that it appeared that General Doolittle was correct. ABDUCTIONS were occurring long before 1972. The document stated that humans and animals were being abducted and/or mutilated. Many vanished without a trace. They were taking sperm and ova samples, tissue, performed surgical operations, implanted a spherical device 40 to 80 microns in size near the optic nerve in the brain and all attempts to remove it resulted in the death of the patient. The document estimated that 1 in every 40 people had been implanted. This implant was said to give the aliens total control of that human. CONTINGENCY PLAN SHOULD THE INFORMATION BECOME PUBLIC OR SHOULD THE ALIENS ATTEMPT TAKEOVER: This plan called for a public announcement that a terrorist group had entered the United States with an Atomic weapon. It would be announced that the terrorists planned to detonate the weapon in a major city. Martial Law would be declared and all persons with implants would be rounded up along with all dissidents and would be placed into concentration camps. The press, radio, and TV would be nationalized and controlled. Anyone attempting to resist would be arrested and/or killed. CONTINGENCY PLAN TO CONTAIN OR DELAY RELEASE OF INFORMATION: This plan called for the use of MAJESTIC TWELVE as a disinformation ploy to delay and confuse the release of information should anyone get close to the truth. It [the name, "MAJESTIC TWELVE"] was selected because of the similarity of spelling and the similarity to MJ-12. It was designed to confuse memory and to result in a fruitless search for material which did not exist. SOURCE OF MATERIAL CONTAINED IN THE DOCUMENTS WHICH I SAW: The source of the material was an ONI Counter-Intelligence operation against MJ-12 in order for the Navy to find out the truth of what was really going on. The Navy (at that time or at least the Navy that I worked for) was not a participant in any of this. The different services and the government conduct this type of operation against each other all the time. The result of this operation was that the Navy cut themselves in for a piece of the action (technology) and control of some projects. As you can see, this file is only a little different from my previous file. Only some names were scrambled previously to confuse the government long enough for someone to verify that what I have said is the truth. I have added information in this file that puts my life in absolute danger. I have sent a copy of this file to people all over the country and will continue to do so. "During the years following World War II the government of the United States was confronted with a series of events which were to change beyond prediction its future and with it the future of humanity. These events were so incredible that they defied belief. A stunned President Truman and his top military commanders found themselves virtually impotent after having just won the most devastating and costly war in history. "The United States had developed, used, and was the only nation on earth in possession of the atomic bomb. This new weapon had the potential to destroy an enemy, and even the Earth itself. At that time the United States had the best economy, the most advanced technology, the highest standard of living, exerted the most influence, and fielded the largest and most powerful military forces in history. We can only imagine the confusion and concern when the informed elite of the United States Government discovered that an alien spacecraft piloted by 'insectlike' beings from a totally incomprehensible culture had crashed in the desert of New Mexico (Note: Some have alleged that certain 'sauroids' appear 'insect-like'. Other indications suggest that they may be 'para-physical' entities of some sort, perhaps those allegedly released, according to Kenneth Grant and others, by the Illuminati from another 'dimension' via holes torn in the space-time fabric by the early atomic tests in the Nevada underground, New Mexico, and elsewhere - Branton). "Between January 1947 and December 1952 at least 16 crashed or downed alien craft, 65 bodies, and 1 live alien were recovered. An additional alien craft had exploded and nothing was recovered from that incident. Of these events, 13 occurred within the borders of the United States, not including the craft which disintegrated in the air. Of these 13, 1 was in Arizona, 11 were in New Mexico, and 1 was in Nevada. Sightings of UFOs were so numerous that serious investigation and debunking of each report became impossible, utilizing the existing intelligence assets. "An alien craft was found on February 13, 1948, on a mesa near Aztec, New Mexico. Another craft was located on March 25, 1948, in White Sands Proving Ground. It was 100 feet in diameter. A total of 17 alien bodies were recovered from those two crafts. Of even greater significance was the discovery of a large number of human body parts stored within both of these vehicles. A demon had reared its head and paranoia quickly took hold of everyone 'in the know.' The Secret lid immediately became a Top Secret lid and was screwed down tight. THE SECURITY BLANKET WAS EVEN TIGHTER THAN THAT IMPOSED UPON THE MANHATTAN PROJECT. In the coming years these events were to become the most closely guarded secrets in the history of the world. "A special group of America's top scientists were organized under the name Project SIGN in December 1947 to study the phenomena. The whole nasty business was contained. Project SIGN evolved into Project GRUDGE in December 1948. A low-level collection and disinformation project named BLUE BOOK was formed under GRUDGE. Sixteen volumes were to come out of GRUDGE. "Blue Teams" were put together to recover the crashed disks or live aliens. The Blue Teams were later to evolve into Alpha Teams under Project POUNCE. "DURING THESE EARLY YEARS THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE AND THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY EXERCISED COMPLETE CONTROL OVER THE 'ALIEN SECRET.' In fact, the CIA was formed by Presidential Executive Order first as the Central Intelligence Group for the express purpose of dealing with the alien presence. Later the National Security Act was passed, establishing it as the Central Intelligence Agency. "The National Security Council was established to oversee the intelligence community and especially the alien endeavor. A series of National Security Council memos and Executive orders removed the CIA from the sole task of gathering foreign intelligence and slowly but thoroughly 'legalized' direct action in the form of covert activities at home and abroad. "On December 9, 1947, Truman approved issuance of NSC-4, entitled 'Coordination of Foreign Intelligence Information Measures' at the urging of the Secretaries Marshall, Forrestal, Patterson, and the director of the State Department's Policy Planning Staff, George Kennan. "The FOREIGN AND MILITARY INTELLIGENCE, BOOK 1, 'Final Report of the Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities,' United States Senate, 94th Congress, 2nd Session, Report No. 94-755, April 26, 1976, p. 49. states: 'This directive empowered the Secretary to coordinate oversees information activities designed to counter communism.' "A Top Secret annex to NSC-4, NSC-4A, instructed the director of Central Intelligence to undertake covert psychological activities in pursuit of the aims set forth in NSC- 4. The initial authority given the CIA for covert operations under NSC-4A did not establish formal procedures for either coordinating or approving these operations. It simply directed the DCI to 'undertake covert actions and to ensure, through liaison with Senate and Defense, that the resulting operations were consistent with American policy.'

"Later NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were to supersede NSC-4 and NSC-4A and expand the covert abilities even further. The Office of Policy Coordination (OPC) was chartered to carry out an expanded program of covert activities. NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 validated illegal and extralegal practices and procedures as being agreeable to the national security leadership. The reaction was swift. In the eyes of the intelligence community 'no holds were barred.' Under NSC- 10/1 an Executive Coordination Group was established to review, but not approve, covert project proposals. The ECG was secretly tasked to coordinate the alien projects. NSC-10/1 & /2 were interpreted to mean that no one at the top wanted to know about anything until it was over and successful. "These actions established a buffer between the President and the information. It was intended that this buffer serve as a means for the President to deny knowledge if leaks divulged the true state of affairs. This buffer was used in later years for the purpose of effectively isolating succeeding Presidents from any knowledge of the alien presence OTHER THAN WHAT THE SECRET GOVERNMENT AND THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY WANTED THEM TO KNOW. NSC-10/2 established a study panel which met secretly and was made up of the scientific minds of the day. The study panel was not called MJ-12. Another NSC memo, NSC-10/5 further outlined the duties of the study panel. These NSC memos and secret Executive orders SET THE STAGE FOR THE CREATION OF MJ-12 ONLY FOUR YEARS LATER. "SECRETARY OF DEFENSE JAMES FORRESTAL OBJECTED TO THE SECRECY. He was a very idealistic and religious man. He believed that the public should be told. James Forrestal was also one of the first known abductees. When he began to talk to leaders of the opposition party and leaders of the Congress about the alien problem he was asked to resign by Truman. He expressed his fears to many people. Rightfully, he believed that he was being watched. This was interpreted by those who were ignorant of the facts as paranoia. Forrestal later was said to have suffered a mental breakdown. He was ordered to the mental ward of Bethesda Naval Hospital. In spite of the fact that THE ADMINISTRATION HAD NO AUTHORITY TO HAVE HIM COMMITTED, the order was carried out. In fact, it was feared that Forrestal would begin to talk again. He had to be isolated and discredited. His family and friends were denied permission to visit. Finally, on May 21, 1949, Forrestal's brother made a fateful decision. HE NOTIFIED AUTHORITIES THAT HE INTENDED TO REMOVE JAMES FROM BETHESDA on May 22. Sometime in the early morning of May 22, 1949, agents of the CIA tied a sheet around James Forrestal's neck, fastened the other end to a fixture in his room, then threw James Forrestal out the window. The sheet tore and he plummeted to his death. James Forrestal's secret diaries were confiscated by the CIA and were kept in the White House for many years. Due to public demand the diaries were eventually rewritten and published in a sanitized version. The real diary information was later furnished by the CIA in book form to an agent who published the material as fiction. THE NAME OF THE AGENT IS WHITLEY STRIEBER and the book is 'MAJESTIC'. James Forrestal became one of the first victims of the cover-up. "The live alien that had been found wandering in the desert from the 1949 Roswell crash was named EBE. The name had been suggested by Dr. Vannevar Bush and was short for Extraterrestrial Biological Entity. EBE HAD A TENDENCY TO LIE, and for over a year would give only the desired answer to questions asked. Those questions which would have resulted in an undesirable answer went unanswered. At one point during the second year of captivity he began to open up. The information derived from EBE was startling, to say the least. This compilation of his revelations became the foundation of what would later be called the 'Yellow Book.' Photographs were taken of EBE which, among others, I was to view years later in Project Grudge. "In late 1951 EBE became ill. Medical personnel had been unable to determine the cause of EBE's illness and had no background from which to draw... Several experts were called in to study the illness. These specialists included medical doctors, botanists, and entomologists. A botanist, Dr. Guillermo Mendoza, was brought in to try and help him recover. Dr. Mendoza worked to save EBE until June 2, 1952, when EBE died. Dr. Mendoza became the expert on at least this type of alien biology. The movie E.T. is the thinly disguised story of EBE. "In a futile attempt to save EBE and to gain favor with this technologically superior race, the United States began broadcasting a call for help early in 1952 into the vast regions of space. The call went unanswered but the project, dubbed SIGMA, continued as an effort of good faith (Note: Apparently in this effort to kiss-up to a more technically advanced race of creatures these government officials forgot EBE's infernal "tendency to lie", and instead continued to believe what they WANTED to believe that this was a sure may to satisfy their insatiable appetite for super technology, and that these creatures were benevolent - in spite of the fact that human body parts were found on board at least two of their craft. In our opinion these officials deserve whatever harmful actions may have been taken against them by these creatures as a result of establishing a 'relationship' with what was obviously a malevolent alien race for mostly selfish motives. It is not certain whether this particular alien was one of the mantis-like "Infernals" or one of the reptilian "Sauroids" who apparently are subject to them. However the movie 'CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND,' which whitewashed the actual malevolent nature of the

aliens to an incredible degree, depicted BOTH the small saurian 'gray' type beings and the long-armed 'mantis' like creatures as working together. As we've said it seems that the desire of the secret government to obtain the occult-technology of these particular 'aliens' was one of their main motivations for establishing a WORKING contact with the saurian grays instead of with the more benevolent though protective human-alien races, even if it meant-- as we shall soon see--the sellout of their fellow humans beings to obtain this. This 'forbidden fruit' of supertechnology would apparently allow the recipients to live like 'gods' over the rest of humanity - Branton). "President Truman created the supersecret National Security Agency (NSA) by secret Executive order on November 4, 1952. Its primary purpose was to decipher the alien communications, language, and establish a dialogue with the extraterrestrials. The most urgent task was a continuation of the earlier effort. The secondary purpose of the NSA was to monitor all communications and emissions from any and all electronic devices worldwide for the purpose of gathering intelligence, both human and alien, AND TO CONTAIN THE SECRET OF THE ALIEN PRESENCE. Project SIGMA was successful. "The NSA also MAINTAINS COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE LUNA BASE AND OTHER SECRET SPACE PROGRAMS (Note: Val Valerian was sent a document which was allegedly a crew roster for 'Starfleet International U.S.S. Concord NCC-1989' which listed several military personnel and their ACTUAL service numbers. A U.S.S. Excalibur was also mentioned, piloted by WO4. Chuck Graham SFMC-8906-0001; CPL. Chuck Fair SCMC-8908- 0005; CPL. Jon Plant SCMC- 8908-0007; and WO3 Mike Wier - no service number given. Branton). By executive order of the President, the NSA is exempt from all laws which do not specifically name the NSA in the text of the law as being subject to that law. That means that if the agency is not spelled out in the text on any and every law passed by the Congress it is not subject to that or those laws. The NSA now performs many other duties and in fact is the premier agency within the intelligence network. Today the NSA receives approximately 75 per cent of the monies allotted to the intelligence community. The old saying 'where the money goes therein the power resides' is true. The DCI today is a figurehead maintained as a public ruse. The primary task of the NSA is still alien communications, but now includes other extraterrestrial projects as well. "President Truman had been keeping our allies, including the Soviet Union, informed of the developing alien problem. THIS HAD BEEN DONE IN CASE THE ALIENS TURNED OUT TO BE A THREAT TO THE HUMAN RACE (Note: Could this explain the sudden and unexpected 'fall' of the Soviet Union and 'Communism'? Although Communism still resides to a large extent in China and elsewhere it's power has been greatly diminished in the Bolshevik states. The resulting international cooperation may be a two-edged sword, being either good or bad depending how it is used. For instance a global system might involve INDUSTRIAL cooperation which could strengthen the planet against an alien threat on the one hand while still allowing nations to retain their political independence and cultural diversities; or on the other hand it could involve POLITICAL cooperation which may very well lead to absolute dictatorial control of the world by a person or small group of persons, which would be devastating to the "cultural diversities" which add variety to the human race, who would no doubt be pressured give up their cultural characteristics in order to "conform" to the one-world political "beast" - Branton). "PLANS WERE FORMULATED TO DEFEND THE EARTH IN CASE OF INVASION. Great difficulty was encountered in maintaining international secrecy. It was decided that an outside group was necessary to coordinate and control international efforts in order to hide the secret from the normal scrutiny of governments by the press. The result was the formation of a secret ruling body which became known as the Bilderberger Group. The group was formed and met for the first time in 1952. They were named after the first publicly known meeting place, the Bilderberg Hotel. That public meeting took place in 1954. They were nicknamed the Bilderbergers. The headquarters of this group is Geneva, Switzerland. The Bilderbergers evolved into a secret world government that now controls everything. The United Nations was then, and is now, an international joke. "Beginning in 1953 a new president occupied the White House. He was a man used to a structured staff organization with a chain of command. His method was to delegate authority and rule by committee. He made his decisions, but only when his advisors were unable to come up with a consensus. His normal method was to read through or listen to several alternatives and then approve one. Those who worked closely with him have stated that his favorite comment was, 'Just do whatever it takes.' He spent a lot of time on the golf course. This was not unusual for a man who had been career Army with the ultimate position of Supreme Allied Commander during the war, a post which had earned him five stars. The President was General of the Army Dwight David Eisenhower. "During his first year in office, 1953, at least 10 more crashed discs were recovered along with 26 dead and 4 live aliens. Of the 10, 4 were found in Arizona, 2 in Texas, 1 in New Mexico, 1 in Louisiana, 1 in Montana, and 1 in South Africa. There were hundreds of sightings.

"Eisenhower knew that he had to wrestle and beat the alien problem. He knew that he could not do it by revealing the secret to Congress. Early in 1953 the new President turned to his friend and fellow member of the Council on Foreign Relations Nelson Rockefeller. EISENHOWER AND ROCKEFELLER BEGAN PLANNING THE SECRET STRUCTURE OF THE ALIEN-TASK SUPERVISION, which became a reality within one year. Eisenhower and Rockefeller began planning the secret structure of the alien-task supervision, which was to become a reality within one year. The idea for MJ- 12 was thus born. "It was Nelson's uncle Winthrop Aldrich who had been crucial in convincing Eisenhower to run for President. The whole Rockefeller family and with them, the Rockefeller empire, had solidly backed Ike. Eisenhower belonged heart and soul to the Council on Foreign Relations and the Rockefeller family. ASKING ROCKEFELLER FOR HELP WITH THE ALIEN PROBLEM WAS TO BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EISENHOWER EVER MADE FOR THE FUTURE OF THE UNITED STATES AND MAYBE FOR HUMANITY. "Within a week of Eisenhower's election he had appointed Nelson Rockefeller chairman of a Presidential Advisory Committee on Government Organization. Rockefeller was responsible for planning the reorganization of government, something he had dreamed of for many years. New Deal programs went into one single cabinet position called the Department of Health, Education and Welfare. When the Congress approved the new Cabinet position in April 1953, Nelson was named to the post of Undersecretary to Oveta Culp Hobby. "In 1953 astronomers discovered large objects in space which were tracked moving toward the Earth. It was first believed that they were asteroids. Later evidence proved that the objects could only be spaceships (perhaps hollowed-out asteroids from the astroid field between Mars and Jupiter? - Branton). Project SIGMA intercepted alien radio communications. When the objects reached the Earth they took up very high geosynchronous orbit around the equator. There were several huge ships, and their actual intent was unknown. Project SIGMA and a new project, PLATO, through radio communications using the computer binary language, were able to arrange a landing that resulted in face- to-face contact with alien beings from another planet. The landing took place in the desert. The movie, 'CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND' is a fictionalized version of the actual event. Project PLATO was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with this race of space aliens. A hostage was left with us as a pledge that they would return and formalize a treaty. "In the meantime, a race of humanoid (Nordic-Blond? - Branton) aliens landed at Homestead Air Force Base in Florida and successfully communicated with the U.S. government. THIS GROUP WARNED US AGAINST THE RACE ORBITING THE EQUATOR AND OFFERED TO HELP US WITH OUR SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT. THEY DEMANDED THAT WE DISMANTLE AND DESTROY OUR NUCLEAR WEAPONS AS THE MAJOR CONDITION. THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE TECHNOLOGY CITING THAT WE WERE SPIRITUALLY UNABLE TO HANDLE THE TECHNOLOGY WE ALREADY POSSESSED. THESE OVERTURES WERE REJECTED on the grounds that it would be foolish to disarm in the face of such an uncertain future. There was no track record to read from. IT MAY HAVE BEEN AN UNFORTUNATE DECISION. "A third landing at Muroc, now Edwards Air Force Base, took place in 1954. The base was closed for three days and no one was allowed to enter or leave during that time. The historical event had been planned in advance. Details of a treaty had been agreed upon. Eisenhower arranged to be in Palm Springs on vacation. On the appointed day the President was spirited to the base. The excuse was given to the press that he was visiting a dentist. Witnesses to the event have stated that three UFOs flew over the base and then landed. Antiaircraft batteries were undergoing live-fire training and the startled personnel actually fired at the crafts as they passed overhead... the shells missed and no one was injured (Note: These three craft were apparently from the orbiting "gray" craft that the 'humanoids' warned the government about. This 'meeting' apparently resulted in one of the major 'U.S. government - Gray' treaties. The fact that the startled gunners failed to destroy the alien ships may have been unfortunate, as such an event might have led to an abort of the so-called 'treaty' deal with the grays - Branton). "President Eisenhower met with the aliens on February 20, 1954, and a formal treaty between the alien nation and the United States of America was signed. We then received our first alien ambassador from outer space. He was the hostage that had been left at the first landing in the desert. His name was 'His Omnipotent Highness Crilll or Krilll,' pronounced Crill or Krill. In the American tradition of disdain for royal titles he was secretly called 'ORIGINAL HOSTAGE CRILL, OR KRILL.' Shortly after this meeting President Eisenhower suffered a heart attack (the judgement of God?). "Four others present at the meeting were Franklin Allen of the HEARST NEWSPAPERS, Edwin Nourse of BROOKINGS INSTITUTE, Gerald Light of METAPHYSICAL RESEARCH fame, and CATHOLIC BISHOP MacIntyre of Los Angeles. Their reaction was judged as a microcosm of what the public reaction might be. Based on this reaction, it was decided that the public could not be told. Later studies confirmed the decision as sound.

"An emotionally revealing letter written by Gerald Light spells out in chilling detail: 'My dear friends: I have just returned from Muroc. The report is true -- devastatingly true! I made the journey in company with Franklin Allen of the Hearst papers and Edwin Nourse of Brookings Institute (Truman's erstwhile financial advisor) and Bishop MacIntyre of L.A. (confidential names for the present, please). When we were allowed to enter the restricted section (after about six hours in which we were checked on every possible item, event, incident and aspect of our personal and public lives), I HAD THE DISTINCT FEELING THAT THE WORLD HAD COME TO AN END WITH FANTASTIC REALISM. FOR I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MANY HUMAN BEINGS IN A STATE OF COMPLETE COLLAPSE AND CONFUSION, AS THEY REALIZED THAT THEIR OWN WORLD HAD INDEED ENDED WITH SUCH FINALITY AS TO BEGGAR DESCRIPTION. THE REALITY OF 'OTHER-PLANE' AEROFORMS IS NOW AND FOREVER REMOVED FROM THE REALMS OF SPECULATION AND MADE A RATHER PAINFUL PART OF THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF EVERY RESPONSIBLE SCIENTIFIC AND POLITICAL GROUP. During my two days' visit I saw five separate and distinct types of aircraft being studied and handled by our Air Force officials -- with the assistance and permission of the Etherians! "'I have no words to express my reactions. It has finally happened. It is now a matter of history. President Eisenhower, as you may already know, was spirited over to Muroc one night during his visit to Palm Springs recently. And it is my conviction that he will ignore the terrific conflict between the various 'authorities' and go directly to the people via radio and television -- if the impasse continues much longer. FROM WHAT I COULD GATHER, AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT TO THE COUNTRY IS BEING PREPARED FOR DELIVERY ABOUT THE MIDDLE OF MAY.' "We know that no such announcement was ever made. The silence- control group won that day. We also know that two more ships, for which we can find no witnesses, either landed sometime after the three or were already at the base before the three landed. Gerald Light specifically states that five ships were present and were undergoing study by the Air Force. HIS METAPHYSICAL EXPERIENCE IS EVIDENT IN THAT HE CALLS THE ENTITIES 'ETHERIANS.' Gerald Light capitalized 'Etherians,' calling attention to the fact that these beings might have been viewed as gods by Mr. Light (Something which the saurian "Grays" etc., apparently wished all humans would believe, and we're sure "His Omnipotent Highness Krill" would agree - Branton). "The alien emblem was known as the 'Trilateral Insignia' and was displayed on the craft and worn on the alien uniforms. Both of those landings and the second meeting were filmed. These films exist today. "The treaty stated that the aliens would not interfere in our affairs and we would not interfere in theirs. WE WOULD KEEP THEIR PRESENCE ON EARTH A SECRET. They would furnish us with advanced technology and would help us in our technological development. They would not make any treaty with any other Earth nation. THEY COULD ABDUCT HUMANS ON A LIMITED AND PERIODIC BASIS FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND MONITORING OF OUR DEVELOPMENT, WITH THE STIPULATION THAT THE HUMANS WOULD NOT BE HARMED, WOULD BE RETURNED TO THEIR POINT OF ABDUCTION, AND WOULD HAVE NO MEMORY OF THE EVENT, AND THAT THE ALIEN NATION WOULD FURNISH MAJESTY TWELVE WITH A LIST OF ALL HUMAN CONTACTS AND ABDUCTEES ON A REGULARLY SCHEDULED BASIS. "It was agreed that each nation would receive the ambassador of the other for as long as the treaty remained in force. It was further agreed that the alien nation and the United States would exchange 16 personnel with the purpose of learning of each other. The alien 'guests' would remain on earth. THE HUMAN 'GUESTS' WOULD TRAVEL TO THE ALIEN POINT OF ORIGIN FOR A SPECIFIED PERIOD OF TIME, then return, at which point a reverse exchange would be made. A reenactment of this event was dramatized in the movie 'CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND.' A tipoff to who works for whom can be determined BY THE FACT THAT DR. J. ALLEN HYNEK SERVED AS THE TECHNICAL ADVISOR FOR THE FILM. I noticed that the Top Secret report containing the official version of the truth of the alien question, entitled project GRUDGE, which I read while in the Navy, was co-authored by LT. COL. FRIEND and DR. J. ALLEN HYNEK, WHO WAS CITED AS A CIA ASSET attached to Project GRUDGE - - Dr. Hynek, the one who debunked many legitimate UFO incidents when he functioned as the scientific member of the very public Project BLUEBOOK. Dr. Hynek is the man responsible for the infamous 'it was only swamp gas' statement. "It was agreed that bases would be constructed underground for the use of the alien nation and that two bases would be constructed for the joint use of the alien nation and the United States Government. Exchange of technology would take place in the jointly occupied bases. THESE ALIEN BASES WOULD BE CONSTRUCTED UNDER INDIAN RESERVATIONS IN THE FOUR CORNERS AREA OF UTAH, COLORADO, NEW MEXICO AND ARIZONA, and one would be constructed in an area known as Dreamland (Note: Many sources allege that the reason the 'aliens' insisted on these underground bases beneath these particular areas was that 'they' in fact are not exclusively from other planetary bodies, but that they are originally from earth and have for centuries occupied deep cavern levels beneath the earth, and more recently

beneath these areas of the southwest. The 'bases' then, which most in the government would believe are of exclusively human construction for use in 'joint' operations, would actually be 'covers' or 'fronts' for actual subterranean systems already largely under the control of this saurian race. This would explain why many human workers in these 'joint' bases have been kept highly compartmentalized; why many do not realize what's taking place in the lower levels or even that such lower levels exist when other deeper-level workers allege that they do; why the 'security' increases enormously the deeper one descends into these underground bases; and why the human influence decreases and the saurian-reptoid-gray-etc. influence increases the deeper one descends into these bases - Branton). "Dreamland was built in the Mojave desert near, or in, a place called Yucca. I cannot remember if it was Yucca Valley, Yucca Flat, or Yucca Proving Ground, but Yucca Valley is what I always seem to want to say. MORE UFO SIGHTINGS AND INCIDENTS OCCUR IN THE MOJAVE DESERT OF CALIFORNIA THAN ANY OTHER PLACE IN THE WORLD. So many, in fact, that no one even bothers to make reports. Anyone who ventures into the desert to talk to the residents will be astounded by the frequency of activity and with the degree of acceptance demonstrated by those who have come to regard UFOs as normal. "All alien areas are under complete control of the Naval Department (although some may argue that they are only in control of the uppermost levels of these 'bases' - Branton), according to the documents I read. All personnel who work in these complexes receive their checks from the Navy through a subcontractor. The checks never make reference to the government or the Navy. Construction of the bases began immediately, but progress was slow. LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY WERE MADE AVAILABLE IN 1957. Work continued on the Yellow Book. "Project REDLIGHT was formed and experiments in test-flying alien craft was begun in earnest. A super-Top Secret facility was built at Groom Lake in Nevada in the midst of the weapons test range.It was code-named Area 51. The installation was placed under the Department of the Navy and all personnel required a 'Q' clearance as well as Executive (Presidential, called MAJESTIC) approval. This was ironic, due to the fact that the President of the United States does not have clearance to visit the site. The alien base and exchange of technology actually took place in an area code-named Dreamland above ground, and the underground portion was dubbed 'the Dark Side of the Moon.' ACCORDING TO THE DOCUMENTATION I READ, AT LEAST 600 ALIEN BEINGS ACTUALLY RESIDE FULL TIME AT THIS SITE ALONG WITH AN UNKNOWN NUMBER OF SCIENTISTS AND CIA PERSONNEL. DUE TO THE FEAR OF IMPLANTATION, ONLY CERTAIN PEOPLE WERE ALLOWED TO INTERFACE WITH THE ALIEN BEINGS, AND THOSE PERSONNEL WERE AND ARE WATCHED AND MONITORED CONTINUOUSLY. "The Army was tasked to form a supersecret organization to furnish security for the alien-tasked projects. THIS ORGANIZATION BECAME THE NATIONAL RECONNAISSANCE ORGANIZATION BASED AT FORT CARSON, COLORADO. THE SPECIFIC TEAMS TRAINED TO SECURE THE PROJECTS WERE CALLED DELTA. LT. COL. JAMES 'BO' GRITZ WAS A DELTA FORCE COMMANDER. "A second project code-named SNOWBIRD was promulgated to explain away any sightings of the REDLIGHT crafts as being Air Force experiments. The SNOWBIRD crafts were manufactured using conventional technology and were flown for the press on several occasions. Project SNOWBIRD was also used to debunk legitimate public sightings of alien craft (UFOs to the public, IACs - Identified Alien Craft - to those in the know). Project SNOWBIRD was very successful, and reports from the public declined steadily until recent years. "A multimillion-dollar Secret fund was organized and kept by the Military Office of the White House. THIS FUND WAS USED TO BUILD OVER 75 DEEP UNDERGROUND FACILITIES. Presidents who asked were told the fund was used to build deep underground shelters for the President in case of war. Only a few were built for the President. Millions of dollars were funneled through the office of Majesty Twelve and then out to the contractors. It was used to build Top Secret alien bases as well as Top Secret DUMB (Deep Underground Military Bases) AND THE FACULTIES PROMULGATED BY ALTERNATIVE 2 THROUGHOUT THE NATION. President Johnson used this fund to build a movie theater and pave the road on his ranch. He had no idea of it's true purpose. "The secret White House underground-construction fund was set up in 1957 by President Eisenhower. The funding was obtained from Congress under the guise of 'construction and maintenance of secret sites where the President could be taken in case of military attack: Presidential Emergency Sites.' The sites are literally holes in the ground, deep enough to withstand a nuclear blast, and are outfitted with state-of-the-art communications equipment. To date there are more than 75 sites spread around the country which were built using money from this fund. The Atomic Energy Commission has built at least 22 underground sites... There is much evidence, as contained in Sirhan Sirhan's diary and elsewhere, that this alleged murderer of Robert Kennedy was being psychologically manipulated by a certain group through hypnosis, that Sirhan Sirhan was an incredibly vulnerable hypnosis victim, and that he had no memory after the event of firing on Robert Kennedy. Witnesses claimed that a "security guard" pulled a gun on Kennedy, and that at least 10 bullets were fired, two of which were later found embedded in a "pantry" doorframe and which could not have been fired by Sirhan Sirhan as his gun only held a maximum of eight bullets. This has been confirmed by Geraldo Rivera and several other TV "news magazines" that re-covered the Robert Kennedy assassination shortly following the intrest generated after the release of the movie "J.F.K." - Branton). Secret Societies, the CIA included, often use deception to manipulate the "lower" hierarchies into carrying out particular actions which the inner core wish to implement. The "pawns" would most likely not offer their services if they knew where their actions were taking them and their country. You must remember that when I first wrote this paper I thought that Bruce Maccabee might not have been recruited, but then later he proved me wrong when he gave Stanton Friedman $16,000 to investigate himself. "There was a two-word code that these people were to use to identify each other. The first word was a color and the second was a bird. The code was 'Gold Eagle.' When Stanton Friedman first contacted me he used the code. I pretended ignorance but he asked me several times if I had ever seen or heard of Gold Eagle. John Lear also asked me if I had ever heard of Gold Eagle. He too was testing me. They knew that I had access to correct information and were attempting to determine if I were one of them. As George Bush would say, 'Read my lips.' I was never one of you. I will NEVER be one of you. "When I talked to Stan Deyo in Australia by phone, he told me the code given to him was 'Blue Falcon.' Stan was a victim of mind- control experimentation while a cadet at the Air Force Academy. He and over 80 other cadet mind-control subjects resigned from the academy in protest. It is the true story of the Roswell crash taken from the confiscated diaries of James Forrestal. That is, assuming that the documents that I saw in the Navy were not a hoax. I do not believe that they were. The names of people and names of projects and operations have been changed in Strieber's book, but other than that the information and documentation is true. The autopsy reports are exactly the same that I saw in Project GRUDGE 18 years ago. "I have recently come into possession of an affidavit that is signed, notarized, and sworn under penalty of perjury from an M.D. in New York stating that the M.D. was recruited by a CIA agent named Budd Hopkins (ie. author of the book, and later the Television dramatization "INTRUDERS" - Branton) to help work with abductees for the CIA... As you know, they willfully disregarded testimony which could have helped Sirhan's case. Morrow's 'THE SENATOR MUST DIE' also has useful information. Grant Cooper is as corrupt as they come, in my opinion: While defending Roselli's men, he literally got hold of the prosecution's list of potential witnesses. (Gee -- now why would the mob want a thing like THAT?). Actually, it's a bit of a hassle to get the xeroxes made right now -- But this summary should do. "As you can guess, the fact that Vicki has an uncle like this -- and a friend like Barry Taff -- made me nervous. (I'm considering placing a call to Gnome information and ask if they've seen any rampaging bolsheviks lately.) He also laughed at my assertion that Secord and North were involved with the Iran-hostage rescue mission. 'Look's like you haven't done your research, buddy!' -- he said, before launching into the Soldier- of-Fortune version of the event. (Gee, I guess COVERT ACTION, THE NATION, THE MIAMI HERALD, and MOTHER JONES all got the story wrong.) He went on to praise covert war... He also produced a card -- picturesquely stained with human blood -- bearing cutely rewritten Miranda rights: 'You have the right to have your head bashed in,' etc. "I tell you all this not just because the encounter still smarts, but to give you some notion of the extreme rightist drisel he's no doubt been feeding Vicki. When he upheld the policy of electrically torturing VC

prisoners during the war, I flew into a volcanic rage, and spurted out that anyone who did that DESERVED to be called a baby- burner when he returned to the states. Later, when he relayed my statement to Vicki, he twisted my words to make it seem that I called him a baby-burner personally. "You have to understand my position -- I once had dinner with a political refugee from Chile, who told me (and this was the sort of monologue that can induce a frightful insomnia in its listeners) of how he had undergone just this sort of electric shock torture -- and how the Special Forces played a large part in placing Pinochet in power. So to see this smirking spook Ecker LAUGHING at the idea of 'gooks' being 'wired up'...well, I gained a new insight into the depths of the human mind that night. "But the worst part was the fact that I could no longer have anything to do with Vicki. To All, During my talks in Las Vegas last weekend I revealed a few things about aids that I have been keeping close to my chest. I have already revealed that I saw that AIDS was man made to eleminate the undesirable elements of society while I was attached to Naval Security and Intelligence. I stated this fact in my paper "The Secret Government." Now for the rest of the story. The first study was made in 1957 by scientists meeting in Huntsville Alabama. That study resulted in "Alternative 3." Another study was made by the Club of Rome in 1968 to determine the limits to growth. The result of the study was that civilization as we know it would collapse shortly after the year 2000 unless the population was seriously curtailed. Several Top Secret recommendations were made to the ruling elite by Dr. Aurelio Peccei of the Club of Rome. The chief recommendation was to develop a microbe which would attack the auto immune system and thus render the development of a vaccine impossible. The orders were given to develop the microbe and to also develop a cure and a prophylactic. The microbe would be used against the general population and would be introduced by vaccine administered by the World Health Organization. The prophylactic was to be used by the ruling elite. The cure will be administered to the survivors when they decide that enough people have died. It will be announced as newly developed. This plan was called Global 2000. The cure and the prophylactic are suppressed. Funding was obtained from the U.S. Congress under H.B. 15090 where $10 million was given to the Department of Defense to produce "a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired." "Within the next 5 to 10 years it would probably be possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease." The project was carried out at Fort Detrick Maryland. Since large populations were to be decimated the ruling elite decided to target the "undesirable elements of society" for extermination. District Street, Tucson, Arizona on November 7, 2001 commencing at 10:30 AM. Assisting in the examination are Bill Ferguson, Gene Hernandez, and Abel Valentino. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The decedent is received within a sealed black plastic body bag. Within the bag is a folded blue body bag and an additional white body bag containing the deceased. The head and hands are bagged. EXTERNAL EXAMINATION: The body is of a light-skinned, well-developed, well-nourished, 6' 2", 247 lb man whose appearance is consistent with the reported age of 58 years. The hair is thick, gray, and 2-4 inches with frontal and crown balding. There is stubble at the mustache and beard. The nose and ears are well formed. The irides are green, and the conjunctivae are anicteric without petechiae or hemorrhage. The oral cavity is atraumatic, and contains natural teeth in good repair. The torso and extremities are well developed and remarkable for a 1/2 inch hypopigmented well-healed scar at the upper right back just right of midline, several rectangular hypopigmented areas at the anterior thighs (Comment: consistent with old skin graft sites), a 5 inch hypopigmented well-healed scar at the medial aspect of the left knee, and a well-healed left below-the-knee amputation. The genitalia are of an unremarkable adult male. POSTMORTEM CHANGES: Rigor mortis is strong throughout; livor mortis is non-fixed and posterior. The body is cool. There are multiple defects at the anterior aspect of the plaid shirt corresponding to the gunshot wounds described below. Additionally, there are a few defects to the anterior aspect of the aforementioned blue jacket corresponding to the gunshot wounds described below. THERAPEUTIC PROCEDURES: None. INJURIES, EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL: There are six penetrating and three perforating gunshot wounds to the head, torso, and extremities. There are blunt impact injuries to the head and extremities. These injuries are listed for descriptive purposes only; no sequence is implied. GUNSHOT WOUNDS Gunshot Wound to Torso #1 (Upper Left Chest): A gunshot entrance wound to the upper left chest is 13 inches from the top of the head and 2-1/2 inches left of midline. It is an oval perforation measuring 7/8 inch in greatest length with an inferomedial 1/4 inch rim of abrasion and a negligible rim of abrasion at the remaining margins. There is no fouling or stippling. After penetrating the skin and soft tissues of the anterior chest, the bullet passed into the posterior soft tissues of the upper left arm. There is marked hemorrhage along the bullet track. There are no underlying vital injuries. The bullet lodged in the left triceps muscle, 6 inches from the top of the shoulder. The bullet is of medium caliber, yellow-metal jacketed, and markedly deformed at its nose. "F" is now inscribed on its base, and the bullet is retained as evidence. The direction this bullet traveled is front-to-back, right-to-left, and slightly downward (Comment: for bullet to have this path, the left upper extremity must have been raised). Re: Milton W. Cooper Page 6 Gunshot Wound to Torso #2 (Left Anterior Chest): A gunshot entrance wound is at the left chest slightly above and to the right of the left nipple, 17 inches from the top of the head, and 4-1/2 inches left of midline. It is an oval perforation measuring 1/2 inch with an inferomedial 1/4 inch rim of abrasion and a negligible rim of abrasion at the remaining margin. There is no fouling or stippling. After penetrating the skin and soft tissues of the left chest, the bullet passed upward and leftward through the soft tissues of the left chest and shoulder. There is marked hemorrhage along the bullet track. A gunshot exit wound is at the outer aspect of the left upper extremity, 1 inch from the top of the shoulder. It is an irregular 1/2 inch "U"-shaped defect with a negligible rim of abrasion. On the small flap of tissue at its center is a 1/4 inch red abrasion. There is no fouling or stippling.

No bullet is recovered. The direction this bullet traveled is right-to-left, front-to-back, and upward. Gunshot Wound to Torso #3 (Right lateral Chest): A gunshot entrance wound is slightly above and to the right of the right nipple, 15-3/4 inches from the top of the head and 7-1/2 inches right of midline. It is a 3/4 inch oval perforation with a lateral 1/4 inch rim of abrasion and a negligible rim of abrasion at the remaining margins. There is no fouling or stippling. After penetrating the skin and soft tissues of the anterior right chest, the bullet passed through the anterior right chest wall leaving an approximately 3 inch defect at the anterior 4th through 6th ribs (Comment: injury contributed to by Gunshot Wound #4). The bullet then passed into the pericardial sac perforating the right ventricle, 1/2 inch. The bullet then passed through the septum to exit the lateral left ventricle through a 2 inch defect. There are approximately 500 ml of blood and blood clot in the right hemothorax; there are approximately 1200 ml of blood and blood clot in the left hemithorax. The bullet then exited the left hemithorax through the lateral left 7th rib. There is marked hemorrhage along the bullet track. The bullet lodged at the left lateral torso, 20 inches from the top of the head. There is an overlying 1/2 inch slit-like defect. There is no fouling or stippling. The bullet is yellow-metal jacketed, of medium caliber, and markedly deformed at its nose (Comment: mushroomed). "C" is now inscribed on its base, and the bullet is retained as evidence. Cooper Page 7 Gunshot Wound to Torso #4 (Right Lateral Chest): A gunshot entrance wound is lateral to the right nipple, 18-3/4 inches from the top of the head and 7 inches right of midline. It is a '/2 inch circular "punched-out" defect without a rim of abrasion. There is no fouling or stippling. After penetration the skin and soft tissues of the right anterior chest, the bullet passed through approximately a 3 inch defect at the anterior right 4th through 6th ribs (Comment: Injury contributed to by Gunshot Wound #3, see above). The bullet then passed leftward through the pericardial sac to strike the heart tangentially leaving a 6 inch long defect involving the right ventricle and apex. The bullet then passed through the anterior aspect of the left hemidiaphragm before leaving the left hemithorax through the 8th intercostal space laterally. There is marked hemorrhage along the bullet track. The bullet lodged in the subcutaneous tissues of the left lateral torso, 22-1/2 inches from the top of the head. Overlying this site of lodgement is a 5/8 inch irregular skin defect without a rim of abrasion. There is no fouling or stippling. The bullet is yellow-metal jacketed, of medium caliber, and markedly deformed at its nose (Comment: mushroomed). "B" is now inscribed on its base, and the bullet is retained as evidence. The direction this bullet traveled is right-to-left, front-to-back, and downward. Gunshot Wound to Torso #5 (Right Upper Quadrant): A gunshot entrance wound is at the anterior abdominal wall at the right upper quadrant, 23 inches from the top of the head and 3 inches right of midline. There is no fouling or stippling. It is a roughly circular 5/8 inch perforation with a V2 inch superolateral red rim of abrasion and an approximately 1/4 inch symmetric rim of abrasion at the remaining margins. Lying just superior and lateral to this entrance wound are four obliquely oriented brown dried abrasions measuring 1/6 inch. These abrasions lay in a row measuring '/2 inch long, lay 1/16 inch apart, and lay 3/4 inch from the aforementioned rim of abrasion edge. After penetrating the skin and soft tissues of the anterior abdominal wall, the bullet passed leftward and downward through the omentum before lodging in the left lower quadrant subcutaneous tissues. There is marked hemorrhage along the bullet track.

The bullet lodged in the left lower quadrant subcutaneous tissues, 31-1/2 inches from the top of the head and 5-1/2 inches left of midline. Overlying this site of lodgement is a 2 inch purple contusion. Re: Milton W. Cooper Page 8 Gunshot Wound to Torso #5 (Right Upper Quadrant) (Continued): The bullet is yellow-metal jacketed, of medium caliber, and markedly deformed at its nose (Comment: mushroomed). "D" is now inscribed on its base, and the bullet is retained as evidence. The direction this bullet traveled is right-to-left, downward, and slightly front-to-back. Gunshot Wound to Head: A gunshot entrance wound is within the substance of the right ear, 4-3/4 inches from the top of the head, and 4-1/2 inches posterior to the anterior plane of the forehead. There is a negligible rim of abrasion. This gunshot entrance wound measures '/2 inch within the ear and 1 inch behind the ear. A periphery of stippling is present and measures from 1-1/2 inches (posterior) to 5 inches (inferomedially). After penetrating the right ear and skin behind the right ear, the bullet passed downward and leftward through the tissues of the upper right neck and basal skull. There is marked hemorrhage within the soft tissues. There is an approximately 2 inch fracture of the anterior-medial occipital skull. There is marked accompanying basilar subarachnoid hemorrhage. The right transverse processes of cervical vertebrae 1 and 2 are markedly disrupted and are involved in the aforementioned hemorrhage. The bullet is recovered along the right side of the upper cervical spinal cord, 6-3/4 inches from the top of the head. The bullet is yellow-metal jacketed, of medium caliber, and markedly deformed at its nose and side. "E" is now inscribed on its base and the bullet is retained as evidence. The direction this bullet traveled is right-to-left, downward, and without front-to-back deviation. Gunshot Wound to Right Upper Extremity #1 (Distal Right Dorsal Forearm): A gunshot entrance wound is at the distal dorsal right forearm 22 inches from the top of the shoulder. It is a '/2 inch circular perforation with a symmetric 1/8 inch rim of abrasion. There is no fouling or stippling. After penetrating the skin and soft tissues of the right forearm, the bullet passed through the extremity to exit the medial right flexor forearm. There is hemorrhage along the bullet track. The exit wound is a 1-5/8 inch irregular defect with a negligible rim of abrasion. There is no fouling or stippling. This exit wound lies 21-23 inches from the top of the shoulder. Re: Milton W. The direction this bullet traveled is right-to-left, back-to-front, and without vertical deviation. Gunshot Wound (Graze) to Right Upper Extremity #2 (Dorsal Right Hand): A graze wound is at the dorsal right hand extending obliquely from the base of the hand to the right thumb region, 24-26 inches from the top of the shoulder. It is a 2-3/8 inch long with a1/4 inch medial rim of abrasion. There is a negligible rim of abrasion at the remaining margin. There is no fouling or stippling. There is marked hemorrhage along the bullet track. There is no underlying vital injury.

No bullet is recovered. The direction this bullet traveled is left-to-right, downward, and without front-to-back deviation. Gunshot Wound to Right Lower Extremity (Right Shin): A gunshot entrance wound is at the anterior right shin, 54 inches from the top of the head. It is a 3/8 inch circular perforation a 1/4 inch symmetric rim of abrasion. There is no fouling or stippling. After penetrating the skin and soft tissues of the right shin, the bullet passed upward through the soft tissues of the right lower leg and right thigh before lodging in the soft tissues of the right quadriceps muscle. There is marked hemorrhage along the bullet track. The bullet lodged within the belly of the right quadriceps muscle, 50 inches from the top of the head. The bullet is yellow-metal jacketed, of medium caliber, and is markedly deformed at its nose. "A" is now inscribed on its base, and the bullet is retained as evidence. Re: Milton W. Cooper Page 10 Blunt Impact to Head, Neck, and Right Upper Extremity: There is an irregular 1/2 inch "C"-shaped red abrasion at the right side of the forehead. There is an irregular 1/2 inch red abrasion at the medial aspect of the right eyebrow. There is a 2 x 1 inch cluster of nonspecific red abrasions measuring up to 1/4 inch at the base of the right side of the neck. There is a 1/4 inch red abrasion at the lateral right flexor wrist. These injuries, having been described, will not be repeated. INTERNAL EXAMINATION: Head: The brain weighs 1460 gm and has an unremarkable distribution of cerebral vessels and cranial nerves. The gray and white matter, deep nuclei, and ventricles are unremarkable. The leptomeninges are thin and delicate. There is no epidural or subdural hemorrhage. Neck Organs: The hyoid bone, and tracheal and laryngeal cartilages are unremarkable. Body Cavities: The gallbladder is not identified. Cardiovascular System: The aorta is without atherosclerosis. The venae cavae and pulmonary arteries are without thrombus or embolus. The heart weighs 560 gm and has an unremarkable distribution of right dominant coronary vessels with minimal (<25% occlusion) noncalcified atherosclerosis of the proximal left anterior descending coronary artery. The remaining coronary arteries are without luminal compromise. The myocardium is diffusely red-brown without softening, pallor or. fibrosis. The left ventricle is 1.4 cm thick. The endocardial surfaces and four cardiac valves are unremarkable. Respiratory System: The right lung weighs 500 gm; the left lung weighs 570 gm. Both lungs are dark red without consolidation, cavitation or hemorrhage. There are no mass lesions. The bronchial vasculature and architecture are unremarkable. Liver, Gallbladder and Pancreas: The liver weighs 2280 gm, has an orange-brown slippery cut surface with slightly fibrous texture. The gallbladder is not identified. The pancreas is of normal lobulation, color, and texture.

Re: Milton W. Cooper Page 11 Hemic and Lymphatic Systems: The spleen weighs 300 gm, has an intact, smooth capsule, and a dark red parenchyma without prominent white pulp. There are no lymph node enlargements. Genitourinary System: The right kidney weighs 200 gm; the left kidney weighs 210 gm. Both kidneys have smooth subcapsular surfaces with an unremarkable underlying architecture and vasculature. Both ureters are normal caliber and drain into an unremarkable bladder containing approximately 500 ml of clear, yellow urine. The prostate is slightly enlarged without masses. Endocrine System: The pituitary, thyroid, and adrenal glands are unremarkable. Digestive System: The esophagus and gastroesophageal junction are unremarkable. The stomach contains approximately 1 Liter of tan fluid including numerous partially digested semisolid unidentifiable food fragments. The gastric mucosa, duodenum, remainder of small intestines, appendix, and large intestines are unremarkable. Musculo skeletal System: See "INJURIES".
