DESCRIPTION

I discuss my findings regarding what staff members at Stanford are looking for in a "30-minutes-a-day-walking-registry," and explain how that has evolved my design. My walking registry is a unique kind of registry that connects walkers to one another and provides daily reminders of their commitment.

POSTCARD FEEDBACK: “I love how it asks me why I walk. I would love to see my

‘reason for walking’ alongside other people’s reasons for walking. And if I could send a postcard every month to myself, and

see my past postcards,

that would be great. I could see perhaps how my reasons change over time, and it would get me to explore the topic of walking more deeply, beyond the basic health benefits.”
