    1) Loading of the Semi-trailer shall not occur during peak traffic hours, defined as :

    7 a.m. to 9 a.m. & 3:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. Monday thru Friday; AND 11a.m. to 2:00 P.M. Saturday thru Sunday;

    4) As an improvement measure to reduce conflicts between vehicles exiting the garage

    and pedestrians on Stanyan Street, the projectshall install flashing light and audible signal

    indications that a vehicle is exiting the garage.

    5) An electronic "FULL" sign shall be install outside the project parking garage.
