3) As an improvement measure to ensure that 60-foot trucks turning into and out of the loading
area do not encroach into the southbound travel lanes, about 23'-0" of curb space to the north of the project site
shall be designated with a "No Parking" red curb designation.
4) As an improvement measure to reduce conflicts between vehicles exiting the garage
and pedestrians on Stanyan Street, the projectshall install flashing light and audible signal
indications that a vehicle is exiting the garage.
5) An electronic "FULL" sign shall be install outside the project parking garage.
