Thrillers are movies that are aimed to

not just to get to a small amount of

audience but a massive variety of the

audience. As many of them do have age

restrictions, which means it suitable to

just about everyone. Although if we

narrow it down to the main subgroups

in society that really watch thrillers we

have to mainly say teens/young adults.

As they are the ones that are open to a

wider imagination .

of 16 -18 years old . As the

shows as a whole that its

mainly teens that are the main

In conclusion thrillers mostly reach out to

teenagers as, thrillers are always known to be really

scary, horrific, this type of film wouldn’t suit people

under 12 or adults over 25 as they will have less

imagination .Teenagers have a really open mind to

what they see so this is what pulls the attention of

teenagers to watch thrillers. Thrillers will most likely

bore people over 25 and scare kids under 12.
