Camp counselors are trained to highlight teachable moments and emphasize accomplishments and successes in all campers.

SUMMER IS FOR ADVENTURE Summer camp is all about fun adventures in the outdoors. YMCA camp has a new adventure for every child everyday.

SUMMER IS FOR NEW EXPERIENCES Our day camp is about learning outside of school, exploring and appreciating the outdoors, developing new skills, making friends, and showing leadership.

SUMMER IS FOR PERSONAL GROWTH While being away from the routine at home and school, youth have a chance to develop confidence and independence by taking on new responsibilities and challenges as well as build character and practice Christian values.

SUMMER IS FOR NEW FRIENDSHIPS Amidst the fun of camp games, songs, swimming, canoeing and talent shows, campers meet new friends.

SUMMER IS FOR MEMORIES Summer camp is an unforgettable experience that will give each camper memories that will last a lifetime.

WEEKLY THEMES Weekly camp themes create an atmosphere of fun and learning . Cost per week is $168/members or $183/potential members. $20/week deposit to register.

1 Krazy, Kolorful, Kooky June 1- 5 Character Value: Hospitality

We will explore our Krazy, Kolorful, Kooky side through many activities. “Why fit in when we were born to stand out?” -Dr. Seuss Make sure to wear old clothes ecause we will be making lots of krazy, kolorful messes.

2 Dance the Decades June 8 - 12 Character Value: Fairness

The Mashed Potato! The Hustle! The Moon Walk and more! The week promises to keep campers on their feet as we listen and move to music through the decades.

6 H2 OH Yeah! July 6 - July 10 Adventures: Liberty Park Character Value: Responsibility Don’t let the heat stop you! This will be one Wild, Wet, and Water filled week! Pack a swimsuit, goggles, and sunscreen as we prepare to play extreme water games.

3 Passport to Fitness June 15 - 19 On-site: CAR WASH! Character Value: Sportsmanship Campers will jump start their quest toward fun with fitness. Expect fun with fitness, sports, team building, and team building.

5 Fourth of July June 29 – July 2 Character Value: Honesty Join us for America’s 244th birthday. Everything will be red, white, and blue this week. Raise your flags and march with us as we celebrate “The Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.”

4 Mad Scientists June 22 - 26 Trip: On-site Lego Activity Character Value: Perseverance Don your lab coats and thinking caps. This week we will explore STEM. Limited only by their imaginations, the campers will use materials to build their own creations. The children will explore science with hands-on experiments that may result in some explosive fun!

7 Shipwrecked July 13 - 17 Adventures: Liberty Park, Character Value: Caring Campers will be “shipwrecked” on a deserted island with many discoveries to be made. So let’s build a shelter and start a fire as we scout for bananas and SHARKS! Yikes!

8 Gamer Camp July 20- 24 Adventures: Liberty Park, Pool

Character Value: Teamwork This interactive gaming camp will get the heart jumping as they compete in tournaments, dance-offs, and share their expertise with several different gaming systems. The camp then moves to the outdoors for some fun in the sun!

9 Operation Relaxation July 27– July 31 Adventures: Liberty Park, Pool Character Value: Gratitude When in doubt chill out! Decompress from summer to start your school year off right!

Field trips will be scheduled when opportunities become available.*
