What’s the BUZZ in CLD?
PRESENTATION SKILLSNo matter how good or important a message is, if it is not delivered in aneffective and more importantly in an interesting way, chances are, it willnot be heard at all. Strong presentation skills can advance a career whileon the other hand, poor speaking skills can ground a rising star. Thissession was conducted in Islamabad by Humayun Javed (SectionManager – MM, Islamabad).
EMAIL ETIQUETTESEmail Etiquettes workshop defines the principles of behavior that one should usewhen writing or answering email messages. Email is less personal than a phone orin-person conversation but quicker to send than a letter, it is possible for seriousbreaches of manners to take place. This session was conducted in Lahore by UmerSaeed Siddique (Regional Manager, Lahore).
SKILL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPThis session was aimed to target the participants’ soft skills which will complementtheir technical capabilities and boost their profiles. The focus of the training was todevelop a wide variety of soft skills starting from basic communication, to working indifferent environments, understanding code of conduct and way to dress upprofessionally, developing awareness of how to work with and negotiate with peopleand to resolve both intra and inter-personal stress and conflict. It was conducted bySyed Kamran Haider (Unit Manager) in Faisalabad..
