In this process KMS has evolved into a complete solution provider for Chrome Briqetting application with major producers like Jindal Stainless, Rohit Ferrotech, Tata Steel KZN Pty, South Africa and Altamman Indsil in Oman. Having expanded our process and plant expertize beyond the Indian border, we are keen to develop this market further in India and abroad. Brief introduction of Koppern Maco Services: We introduce ourselves as the Indian subsidiary of M/s. Maschinenfabrik Koppern GmbH & Co. KG (Köppern), Germany, who is the world leader in the field of Roller Press Technology for Briquetting, Compacting and Comminution. Köppern has supplied over 1000 presses for different applications, all over the world. Koppern Maco Services Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1997. Köppern India has a team of 20 project and service engineers who are extensively trained at our Germany HO in installation, commissioning and trouble shooting of all Köppern supplied equipments. Their service is extended not only in India but in neighboring countries as well like Middle East, Korea, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Iran Japan, Libya etc. This entire team backed up by experienced project management and electrical, automation group is able to add great after-sales value to our customers as and when required in very short notice. We have also started our own manufacturing and service set up since 2010 where production of Briquetting Presses is done. In addition we are also producing and servicing pressing tools (segments) for Briquetting Presses for Chrome Briquetting and Hot Briquetting of DRI.
