The mission of the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance

Network (PaTTAN) is to support the efforts and initiatives of the Bureau of

Special Education and to build the capacity of local educational agencies to serve students who receive special

bull Kindergarteners are welcomed into the Roundtown community early in the school year when third grade students present them with their Roundtown PROUD T-shirts

bull Rites of passage and school traditions allow parents to feel good about their childrsquos learning environment
