We start clubs that make it fun and easy for students to find work they’ll love.

Chapters meet in two ways:

In Chapter Meetings, ANYONE can come to

hear from guest speakers who love what they do.

In Small Group Meetings, you and 4-5 of your friends meet

regularly to do activities, exercises, and discussions to help you find work you'll love.

If you have no idea where to start, this phase is for you. In

Introspection, you learn what your passions, talents, and values are –– and how well they match your

college and career options.

Talk to the pros.

If you’ve narrowed your college or career options, this phase is for you. Investigation teaches you

how to get in touch with and talk to people doing the work you

want to do.

Try the work.

If you’ve narrowed your choices and explored several college

majors and career fields, this phase is for you. Internship teaches you to find, succeed in, and leverage job

opportunities that fit you best.

Why would students join a Chapter?


Chapter members will learn to:1

Target majors and careers where they’ll be happiest and most successful.

2Build a network while learning from professionals who have “been there, done that.”

3Find and succeed in the internships they’re best suited for.


So who runs the chapters?

Students do.


There are 2 types of Hobnob student leaders:

Chapter Leaders coordinate chapter meetings and support group leaders.

Small Group Leaders make sure their group meets

regularly and stays on track.


Why would students want to lead?

Develop their leadership skills through our training program and resources.

2Get exclusive time with guest speakers who can help further their college and professional careers.
