Ductless heat pumps consist of two primary components: The outdoor condensing unit & indoor air handler/evaporator. A refrigerant line set, condensate tubing, as well as electrical wire will need to be connected between the 2 primary components. The condenser is installed
outside the home or structure and the line set/power supply is run from the outdoor unit to individual offices, bedrooms, living rooms, computer/server rooms, and basements, anywhere a conditioned space is desired. A variety of different types of
interior units are then placed in the desired space to condition as needed. Single zone systems condition a single space, multi-zone systems utilize multiple refrigerant lines to provide conditioning in up to 4 separate spaces.
Mainline® ductless heat pumps utilize Inverter Technology to increase energy efficiency. Conventional compressors generally operate by alternately running at maximum capacity or off. Compressors with inverter technology eliminate the frequent cycling with the use of variable frequency to drive the compressor, causing it to operate more at actual system demand. This results in better comfort, efficiency and energy savings.
Not to mention, less wear and tear on the components, increasing overall product life.

Ductless heat pumps consist of two primary components: The outdoor condensing unit & indoor air handler/evaporator. A refrigerant line set, condensate tubing, as well as electrical wire will need to be connected between the 2 primary components. The condenser is installed
outside the home or structure and the line set/power supply is run from the outdoor unit to individual offices, bedrooms, living rooms, computer/server rooms, and basements, anywhere a conditioned space is desired. A variety of different types of
interior units are then placed in the desired space to condition as needed. Single zone systems condition a single space, multi-zone systems utilize multiple refrigerant lines to provide conditioning in up to 4 separate spaces.
Mainline® ductless heat pumps utilize Inverter Technology to increase energy efficiency. Conventional compressors generally operate by alternately running at maximum capacity or off. Compressors with inverter technology eliminate the frequent cycling with the use of variable frequency to drive the compressor, causing it to operate more at actual system demand. This results in better comfort, efficiency and energy savings.
