A FEW MILESTONES

• Implemented Morrison-Knudsen Corporate Savings Plan

• Merged Washington Construction Group, Inc. plans into Morrison-Knudsen plans

• Eliminated annual recordkeeping and trustee fees of over $115,000

• Implemented a communications allowance of $90,000

• Added T. Rowe Price Retirement Funds, and new non-proprietary funds to the plans

• Facilitated voluntary employee transfers from the Westinghouse Government Services Group Savings Plan into the WGI 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

• Introduced an Administrative Budget of $150,000 for appropriate plan expenses

• Converted Washington Government Environmental Services Savings Plan from CitiStreet
