Personal HygieneGood personal hygiene is

vital to good health. Personalcleanliness should be part ofyour regular daily routine. If youstart to neglect your personalhygiene, this could lead tohealth problems that you maynot even be initially aware of.Good personal hygiene willreduce your risk of disease andwill also help prevent you frominfecting others.

Brushing your teeth is also animportant part of your daily

routine not only to avoid toothdecay but other diseases that cancome from poor oral hygiene. Ifyou wear dentures, they shouldbe brushed daily as well.Dentures should be left out atnight. If not, underlying tissuesbecome more prone to yeastinfections.

Poor personal hygiene habitscan seriously hinder your abilityto make friends and formrelationships. If your clothes aredirty, your hair unkempt or yoursmell unpleasant, others willfind it difficult to interact withyou. Good hygiene promotes apositive view of you.

Take pride in yourappearance; you are worththe effort!
