• Multiple community complaints about the lack of safe pedestrian

access on the north side of W Mt Eden Ave

• Jerome Avenue Transportation Study

• Summer 2012, CB4 attended field visit and asked for W Mt Eden

Ave conversion to one-way to address congestion at Jerome

Ave intersection
