We invite you to unwind in our sumptuous spa on the second floor. Soothe mind, body and soul with botanical therapies administered by our expert practitioners.

Enjoy rituals in two single treatment rooms and one couple’s treatment room, couple’s alfresco massages on our sea-view gazebo and hairdressing services in our salon.

Feel truly pampered with treatments using Italy’s finest natural spa products: Mei, famed for its pure essential oils and phytocosmetic products from wild plants, and Oway, a leading light in biodynamic haircare.

All rituals are suitable for both men and women unless otherwise stated. And if you have your canine companion with you, we even offer dog massages (ask at the Wellness Centre for more information).

During your stay, please enjoy complimentary use of our sauna, nestled in the shade of the verdant Mediterranean gardens, and take advantage of our Fitness Centre.

THE GATES TO WELLBEING 50 MINUTESThis treatment focuses on the hands and feet – the ‘gates’ that lead to the path to wellbeing. In ancient times, special attention was paid to these important parts of the body, but today they are often forgotten. Our ritual harnesses the power of water and essential oils to tend these areas and enhance general wellness. It also includes aromatherapy and a scalp massage and finishes with a chance to relax and sip Eastern Garden Tea.

MEDITERRANEAN 50 MINUTESThe Mediterranean’s finest ingredients are used to exert a relaxing and rebalancing effect on the body. The first stage is a detoxifying scrub crafted from Italian green clay. Next follows a massage with pure orange and lemon essential oils, leaving the skin luminous, toned and healthy. As the oils are absorbed, a delightful feeling of harmony descends. The ritual also includes aromatherapy and a scalp massage and finishes with a relaxing Mei SPA peach tea.

FIORDIPELLE 50 MINUTESFiordipelle is an innovative treatment designed to reduce water retention and cellulite. A massage with the Podostrigiles® patented tool combines with the active ingredients orange, fennel, arnica and juniper to work deeply in the skin and re-energise tissues. For immediately visible results we recommend at least three sessions a day or every other day. The results can be maintained by using the Mei Fiordipelle self-treatment range at home. The ritual also includes aromatherapy and a scalp massage and is completed with a relaxing cup of Horsetail Herb Tea.

We’re delighted you will be joining us. Our spa is an oasis of calm, and we therefore ask that you help us maintain a peaceful ambience by speaking in a soft voice and turning off your cell phone.

APPOINTMENTSAs treatments are subject to availability, we strongly recommend scheduling your appointments before your arrival. Appointments for minors (children under 18 years of age) must be made by a parent or guardian, who must also check them in. Minors booked in for closed-door spa treatments must have a guardian in the room for the duration of the service.

CANCELLATIONSWe ask that you make any cancellation or change to treatments at least four hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than four hours in advance, you’ll be charged 50% of the fee. If you cancel without notice, you’ll be charged 100%.

ARRIVAL We invite you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow adequate time to change. For your comfort we provide a robe, towel, slippers and other amenities. As a courtesy to other guests, should you arrive late we regret that we will only be able to offer you the remainder of your appointment time. The full cost of the treatment or service will still be charged.

WELLBEINGFor your comfort and safety, we ask you to mention any conditions you may have, such as injuries, illnesses or allergies, when booking your appointment as certain treatments may not be advisable. In addition, before your treatment begins, please let your therapist or aesthetician know of any medical concerns.

PRECAUTIONSWe recommend eating and drinking in moderation and avoiding alcoholic beverages prior to your spa treatment or exercise class. If you need to shave (particularly beardless men receiving a facial), please do so at least two hours before your appointment. Please don’t shave your legs prior to a body scrub treatment. Sunburn may limit enjoyment of your spa treatments; please be vigilant and use sun protection.

JEWELLERY AND VALUABLESMost therapies flow more easily without the interference of jewellery. We recommend removing neck and wrist ornaments. Please leave all valuables in your room safe.

Potete scegliere tra due sale trattamento singole e una sala per coppie, trattamenti all’aperto per coppie nel gazebo con vista mare e i servizi del salone parrucchiere.

Coccolatevi con trattamenti che utilizzano solo prodotti naturali: Mei, rinomata per i suoi oli essenziali puri e fitoscometici da piante selvatiche e Oway, un marchio leader nei trattamenti per capelli biodinamici.

PORTOFINO DREAM APROX 105 MINUTIPartite per un viaggio sensoriale tra le fragranze del Mediterraneo. Il rituale inizia con un pediluvio calmante a base di camomilla blu e prosegue con un’avvolgente esfoliazione di tutto il corpo a base di sale marino e oli essenziali, un massaggio corpo a base di burro alla mandorla e ylang ylang e un massaggio viso all’olio di basilico, salvia e camomilla, per una pelle nutrita e rigenerata. Grazie al potere dell’acqua e degli oli essenziali da piante selvatiche, “I cancelli del benessere” vi donerà una sensazione di rinascita e rinnovata energia. Il rituale inizia con l’aromaterapia, prosegue con gli specifici prodotti Mei per la cura di mani e piedi, il massaggio del cuoio capelluto e si completa sorseggiando il tè Giardini d’Oriente.

Siamo lieti di darvi il benvenuto. Il nostro Centro Benessere è un’oasi di quiete: vi chiediamo di aiutarci a mantenere l’atmosfera serena parlando a bassa voce e silenziando il telefono.

APPUNTAMENTII trattamenti sono soggetti a disponibilità: consigliamo pertanto di programmare un appuntamento prima dell’arrivo. Gli appuntamenti per i minori di 18 anni devono essere concordati da un genitore o un tutore, che deve anche accompagnarli. I minori che hanno richiesto un trattamento spa a porte chiuse devono avere un tutore presente in sala per tutta la durata del trattamento.

CANCELLAZIONIIn caso di necessità, vi preghiamo di cancellare i trattamenti o modificarne l’orario almeno quattro ore prima dell’appuntamento. In caso di cancellazioni effettuate con un preavviso inferiore a quattro ore, sarà addebitato il 50% del costo del trattamento. In caso di cancellazioni senza preavviso, sarà addebitato il 100% del costo del trattamento.

ARRIVO Vi invitiamo ad arrivare almeno 10 minuti prima dell’orario concordato, per potervi cambiare con tranquillità. Per mettervi a vostro agio, vi forniremo accappatoio, asciugamano, pantofole e altre dotazioni. Per rispetto verso gli altri ospiti, in caso di ritardi potremo eseguire il trattamento solo per il tempo rimanente dell’appuntamento. In tal caso, sarà comunque addebitato il costo completo del trattamento.

BENESSEREPer il vostro comfort e sicurezza, vi chiediamo di comunicarci l’esistenza di eventuali condizioni particolari di salute, come infortuni, malattie o allergie, al momento della prenotazione, poiché alcuni trattamenti potrebbero non essere consigliati. Inoltre, prima di iniziare il trattamento, comunicate al terapista eventuali problemi di salute.

PRECAUZIONIRaccomandiamo di mangiare e bere con moderazione, così come di evitare bevande alcoliche, prima di un trattamento o di una sessione di ginnastica. Se avete necessità di radervi (in particolare nel caso di trattamento viso per uomini), è consigliabile farlo almeno due ore prima della seduta. Prima di un trattamento scrub corpo, vi invitiamo a non radere le gambe. Le scottature potrebbero limitare l’efficacia dei trattamenti spa: usate cautela e utilizzate sempre uno schermo solare.

GIOIELLI E VALORIPer la maggior parte dei trattamenti è preferibile non indossare gioielli. Consigliamo di rimuovere collane e bracciali e di lasciare in camera eventuali oggetti di valore.
