For this reason, we partner with an outside company, Press Ganey, to conduct patient satisfaction surveys and collect the results. These surveys are an important tool for our facility, as we are intent on improving each patient’s healthcare experience.

A patient satisfaction survey can accurately capture the patient’s perspective about their entire care experience. By analyzing data from these surveys, we can identity issues and areas of concern. A team of our facility leaders and healthcare providers meets regularly to brainstorm improvement solutions based on what our patients are telling us through these surveys.

We ask that you please complete any and all Press Ganey surveys that you receive from Iowa Specialty Hospitals and Clinics. By doing so, you are giving us the unique opportunity to hear from you on what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.
