This is a great venue for school parties wishing to maximise their time on the slopes of Sierra as this world-famous ski region is located just half an hour away from the Econo Lodge's front door.

Sierra at Tahoe…

The slopes offer up a variety of terrain with cruise runs for beginners and table tops for boarders all naturally organised by the mountain’s tree-lines. A quarter of runs are aimed at giving beginners the platform to develop their snow-plough into parallel turns. Intermediate skiers will certainly not feel left out with at least 23 runs providing enough challenges to keep them happy all week. The remaining slopes offer more experienced skiers some advanced trails with a selection of black diamond and double diamond runs.

Ski School…

5 days skiing is included in your package, 4 hours of instruction per day (pupils only)

2 hour lesson in the morning, 2 hour lesson in the afternoon You will be met by your instructors at the ski school meeting point on the piste Expert instructors from the local ski school will develop your skills over the week Group size are kept small (approx. 12 pupils) to ensure excellent supervision
