You’ll be presented with scenarios which call for you to make a judgment based on what

you believe to be right or wrong. You’ll be the Judge and the Jury!

New Culinary Director Victor

Fuentes! Victor has been in the

culinary field for 15 years, working in

restaurants, hospitals and long-term

care facilities. He started working in

the dish room, moved up to a Prep

Cook followed by a Line Cook. He

graduated from Newbury College in

2014 with a degree in Culinary Art.

Victor is married and has 1 child, in

his free time he likes to play soccer,

fish and play the drums. He is

excited for the new positive changes

coming to the Culinary Department.
