How to become a Christian

1. Admit to God that you have done things that oppose His desires for you.“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

2. Acknowledge Jesus Christ as God’s only solution to your condition.“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Operation Shoe Box Collection – June is glue sticks, thin coloring books and yo-yos month.The collection box is in the Fellowship Hall.

Summer Camp is coming!! There are camps for children as young as 4 - through College. Camp Sponsorships are appreciated as well. It costs around $325 to send a child to camp. If you are interested in a Camp Brochure or helping to sponsor a child for camp, see Pastor Dave or Judy in the office.

Summer is coming! Starting June 28, we will need ushers/greeters & liturgists at both 9am & 11am services. Sign-up sheets are in Fellowship Hall.

To Celebrate ALL Fathers and Jerry Prior’s 80th Birthday, join us for sloppy joes and cake following Sunday Service on June 21st

COS is seeking to hire 2 Nursery Attendants for the summer (11 weeks) from June 28 – Sept. 6, to cover the nursery during both services. This paid position would be $30 per week. Adults and older

teens may apply. Contact the office for more information – 231.436.8682.Have fun & get in shape at the same time! Our exercise group meets M-W-F @ 8am at St. Anthony's Parish Life Center.  This low impact aerobic workout is free to anyone in the community.  For info, call Marcia (810) 227-4127.

Now Forming! SARM for younger youth ages 8-14!! The next meeting is Monday, June 15th from 6-8pm at COS. Come and join the group for Bible Study, activities, games, songs, softball, kickball, skits, plays and more… Meetings will be every other Monday night unless notified. Annual Church Picnic - Sunday, June 28th, immediately following the 2nd service, at Heritage Village Pavilion. Everything will be provided – just bring your appetite! Members, visitors, ALL are welcome for food and fellowship.
