Relaxing oils of Lavender, Myrtle and Bergamot combine with nerve-soothing massage strokes and a gentle warm cocoon to guide you to a moment of silence and solitude. Excellent for those who are over-scheduled, over-stressed or feeling spread too thin.

BODY CLEANSE Medium Pressure

Reset the body through a cleansing massage to regain energy, relieve stagnation, release toxins and improve skin tone. Commencing with a gentle body brushing and stimulating lymphatic movements to increase blood and lymphatic flow. A cleansing and purifying synergy blend including Grapefruit, Juniper Berry, Lemon and infused with Welsh Horse Chestnut Conkers is used to massage the entire body, including abdominal manipulation to aid in detoxification. Preparing the body through deep breathing is essential for the experience of this rejuvenating body ritual. Iris Root exfoliate to reveal new hydrated skin, making it ready for nourishment with a blend of Green Mandarin, English Camomile, Palmarosa and Geranium in a rich cream base of White Poppy Seed, Argan and Avocado Oil, which is rhythmically massaged all over the body. Pressure points on face and scalp are performed to awaken and renew the body.

This is followed by a 70-minute results-driven hydrating and purifying facial which includes a deeply relaxing facial massage to deeply hydrate the skin along with a dual-action facial mask, utilizing the exclusive re-mineralizing Mermaid’s Purse face mask and Laminaria seaweed leaves. This facial leaves the skin rejuvenated, plumped and hydrated with the appearance of deep-set wrinkles reduced.

Planning Your ExperienceTo ensure your preferred time & treatment is available, we recommend that reservations are made at least 7 days in advance to avoid disappointment. Guests must be at least 16 years old to enjoy our spa facials & over the age of 18 to enjoy massage & body treatments.

Arrival & Etiquette Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete our Health Questionnaire. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. Please be advised that if you arrive late, the time of your appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest.

Attire Please arrive to The Spa in your robe and slippers. Disposable underwear is provided for your comfort during your spa treatment. Please bring a swimsuit if you wish to use the steam and sauna.

Gym Dress Code We ask that correct gym attire be worn at all times while using gym equipment, including suitable footwear.

Personal Belongings We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing valuables to The Spa. We cannot take responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items. We also request that for your peace and privacy, phones and other electronic devices are turned off whilst in The Spa.

Health Considerations When making your spa reservation, kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment. Please note the sauna is not recommended for people suffering from high blood pressure and circulatory problems, asthma or respiratory conditions.

Pregnancy Please advise us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and we will tailor-make your treatment to suit. Please note we cannot do treatments during the first trimester and sauna use is not suitable during pregnancy.

Payment- Members: treatments will be charged to your Member’s account.- Residents: treatments will be charged to your Suite.- Other guests: payment is due after the treatment at The Spa desk. A credit card

number will be required to confirm a booking.

Cancellation

- Cancellations received 24 hours or more before a booked treatment can be rescheduled at no additional charge.

- Cancellations received within 24 hours of a booked treatment will entail full payment.
