If you would like to ask the Mayor Damien Egan your question
please submit this to officers on arrival, using the form provided
at the sign in desk.
3 Clean Air Campaign
Hear more and ask your questions to council officers working
on the Clean Air Lewisham campaign. Everyone who lives and
works in Lewisham can make our air cleaner by downloading the
Lewisham Clean Air app on app store or Google Play or signing up
to the Mayor of Lewisham’s Clean Air pledge here:
www.lewisham.gov.uk/myservices/environment/air-pollution/sign-our-clean-air-
pledge
4. Waste Management Consultation - Let’s talk rubbish!
The Lewisham Environment Team will be coming along to the assembly to hear
your views and answer your questions.
Lewisham Council is keen that all residents are
recycling as much as possible. The team want to
understand the barriers you face when disposing of your waste. For example, fly
tipping cost the borough over £340,000 to deal with in the 2017/18 financial year.
Help to shape the waste and recycling services by completing the survey:
• online at www.consultation.lewisham.gov.uk
• at various events at libraries, leisure centres and local assembly meetings.
You can also enter a prize draw for a chance to receive one of five £50 Amazon
vouchers! Survey closes: 8th April
For any questions, or to find out more about the consultation, please email
5. AOB & Community Updates

The Culverley Green Residents Association
The CGRA have been doing an incredible amount of work
to make their community better in the last few months.
• We held a successful bulb planting on the Green back at the end of
October. We mostly planted this time snowdrops and bluebells. At the same
time we held our Pumpkin competition and had had a very high standard of
decorated pumpkins.
• In December thanks to Jana we had some fantastic Advent windows to light
up the dark nights
• In January we held our winter Social with a speaker from Beckenham Place
park who brought us up to date with what has happened so far and what
will be happening in the very near future.
• In February we had a pick up litter morning in the area managing to pick up
several bags of other people's rubbish. We all then went back to have
breakfast at one of our members houses
• March saw members out on the Green again with their frying pans ready for
the pancake race. The children were brilliant and more than happy to have
several go's at tossing the pancakes. Many thanks to Alice for cooking the
pancakes!
