EMERGENCY FORM MOST IMPORTANT!!!!!

For every form brought back by September 7 you will receive a good time ticket

Raffle tickets can be used for raffle throughout the year

or to “buy” stuff from our team’s prize bucket.

AGENDAS You will need your signed agenda to go anywhere in the building.

First you must ask permission from the teacher, fill out the passport page and then have the teacher sign it. You must also fill out the lav log if you are going to the bathroom. Final step to use the bathroom is to take our agenda and the bathroom pass. When you return from anywhere, you need to sign back in.

Homeroom Procedures● In the morning, after you go to your locker, say good morning

to me, grab breakfast, and sit in your assigned seat.

● I need to take attendance and collect any papers.● After you are done breakfast clean your area and wash the table. ● Make sure you have everything you need for the day: agenda, personal

reading book, science binder, pencil case.● Advisory: Every morning we will have a short activity that everyone will

participate in. ● When the bell rings wait for dismissal from me (NOT THE BELL!!!)

ENRICHMENT● Many of you will see another teacher during this time.● If you are in homeroom during enrichment you MUST follow enrichment

procedures.● Sit in your homeroom seat.● You must read silently for 15 minutes.● After reading, you may work on homework, continue to read, get extra help

from a teacher, draw, or color.● If you need to see another teacher, you must raise your hand, ask permission

and when the pass is available one person at a time may go to that teacher. ● This is also a time to visit the library. Fill out agenda, get passport signed and

take your agenda and the library pass. You may only be there for 10 minutes.

Dismissal● It must be quiet during dismissal. ● You must remain in your seat until busses are called. Then put up your chair

and go to your locker. Move quickly!!!● Walkers must remain quiet and in their seats until they are dismissed.● Put up your chair and wait by your desk for my okay to leave.
