Set backfrom the busy Main road, and surrounded bybeautiful large trees,the peaceful environmentencourages serene study or relaxation time. Students will also enjoy the lively restaurants andpubs in the vibey, trendy neighbourhoods ofRondebosch, Mowbray and Observatory.

We have bright,modern bathrooms,with a total of 9 sinks,9 showers, and 7toilets for theconvenience of a housethat has 5 bedroomsand can sleep up to 16guests comfortably.Each shared room hasample cupboard spaceto ensure thateveryone has theirown private area forpersonal belongings.We welcome hard-working students whoare looking for a placeto relax and unwind.
Our renovatedVictorian house withoriginal hard woodfloors; boasts largewindows and highceilings. We havelaundry facilitiesavailable for all of ourguests and our onsitecaretaker overseessecurity, cleans, andmaintains the propertyon a daily basis. Ourhouse has a securitysystem, electric fencesin the back, iron gatessurroundingand burglar bars on allwindows and doors tokeep everyone safe.
The kitchen isspacious with plentyof fridge, counter andcupboard room. It is equipped with adishwasher,microwave, oven andstove. It is a greatplace to cook andenjoy a meal in ourseparate seated diningarea. We also have alarge outdoor livingspace with a bar area,braai facilities, tablesand chairs. This is aself catering facility,so students will enjoybeing independent!
