In the words of Pope Francis: “The Lord enables us to see with his eyes of love and compassion those who hunger and thirst, strangers, and prisoners, the marginalized and the outcast, the victims of oppression and violence.” This collection benefits precisely the people we ask the Lord to help us see. For those who are suffering or marginalized, this collection helps to bring a little more mercy into their lives. The coordinator will direct the operation that provides meals for students and staff that comply with all federal, state, and local re- quirements. Potential candidates should be committed to providing nutritious food for children, possess a Level IV Food Handler’s permit, and have experience in food service.
