On the day of her Assumption, Mary was solemnly crowned by Christ and received by the whole court of
Heaven as Queen. We should ever recognize the queen-ly dignity of the Mother of “The King of kings and Lord of lords.” The Blessed Mother continually directs us to the
King with her messages of: Peace, Prayer, Fasting, Reading Sacred Scripture, Monthly Confession and Holy Communion. Please take heed to live these messages

Word of Life: The State is at the service of the per-
son whose “well-being” it safeguards in its many as-
pects, starting with the right to life, whose deliberate
suppression may never be permitted. Each one, there-
fore, can see that legislation and the work of State
institutions must be in particular at the service of the
family, founded on marriage and open to life. … ~ Pope Benedict XVI, Address to the Meeting with
Government Authorities, Milan, June 2, 2012

Spiritual Adoption Month 8 “I’m eighteen Inches!”
You're in the home stretch with your spirit-
ually adopted baby. He is completely
formed, and has been since 8 weeks. All
he is doing now is gaining weight-and
making his mother uncomfortable with his size. But
she's not worried now. In a short time, her baby will
be born. She has planned to bring her baby home or
to place her baby for adoption. Either way, she knows
she can receive the assistance she needs from the
Catholic Church and from the crisis pregnancy cen-
ters. Your baby's mother appreciates the prayers
you have said for her and her baby throughout the
pregnancy. It hasn't been easy, but your prayers
have given her grace to seek the help she needs.
