Care Packages for a College Student Our College Student/Young Adult ministry is connected with about 15 young people either be-cause they are members or through Camp All Star or because they attended our youth ministry for many years. We want to reach out to them throughout the next school year to let them know they are loved and that they are being prayed for by the people of MVBC. There are two ways you can help: 1. Send a card or note of encourage-

ment to a student. Let them know you are praying for them. And be sure to continue praying for them throughout the year.

2. Sponsor a care package for $30. We will be assem-bling care packages to deliver to our young adults. Each package will contain toiletries, snacks, school supplies, etc. This is a great way to let a student know they are loved and cared for.

I give thanks to my God for every remembrance of

you, always praying with joy for all of you in my every

prayer, because of your partnership in the gospel from the

first day until now. Philippians 1:3-5

I want to thank my brothers and sisters in Christ at Middle Valley Baptist for your help in raising funds for the down payment that was needed by September 2nd. There is no doubt that God worked mightily through you guys! Thank you for holding my rope as I go to Mexico City. I'm so excited to see how God works fur-ther in ministry and through Spanish classes. I can't wait to email y’all with updates about what God is do-ing in Mexico City. I'm praying for Middle Valley al-ways and love every one of you. Please let me know of any other specific prayer requests as they come up and please continue to pray for me, as I know you will, for the Holy Spirit to continue softening hearts and for lost souls to be revived by the grace of God. Thank you again for all your love and support, I'm so thankful to God that you guys are apart of this journey with me!
