Report Cards
•REPORT CARDS are sent out every nine weeks. The first report card goes home Thursday October 27th.
PROGRESS REPORTS•There will be three
Progress Reports sent home during the school year.

• 40% Tests, Performance Assessments, In-school Projects, End of Unit Writing
• 30% Quizzes, At-home Projects, Oral Presentations
• 20% Classwork
• Homework will count for 10% of an overall academic grade.• Grades will be assigned for completion. Missing assignments
must be made up
Recording Grades• Grades are available through eschools
parent access center. Student codes are required for access. Visit the computer lab before you leave if you do not have a code.
• Papers may come home in Thursday packets without number grades.
• These will be used to help monitor student progress, but will not be recorded and put towards a final grade

orally. They are responsible for copying them down correctly. We check for correct spelling of the spelling word as well as correct usage of that week’s grammar skills.
