•Goals– •Help students become organized and responsible in order to maximize their academic potential and prepare them for success in high school.

Beckman Honors CriteriaBeckman Honors CriteriaHonors students will need to meet all of the following in order to be considered for the pre-AP course Ancient Civilizations Honors and English I Honors:
* Grade: A or B+ in social studies for Ancient Civilizations Honors A or B+ in language arts for English I Honors
* 2015 CAASPP : Standard Exceeded
* STAR test: Above Average * CitizenshipOutstanding/Satisfactory
* Work Habits Outstanding
If your child is eligible for Ancient Civilization Honors, please note that this course is designed to help students transition into World History (AP) as a sophomore.
