Second Graders Explore the Far
Corners Of the World
We are thrilled to be working with a fantastic group of second grade students and their families this year. We have two fresh faces bringing their talents to second grade, Ms Mooney and Ms. Gescheidle. Ms. Mooney and Ms. Gescheidle are thrilled to be joining the McKenzie family and look forward to meeting and partnering with McKenzie families!
This year, the second grade team will be tapping into students’ strong first grade foundation. Students will use all they learned to explore and expand their boundaries of knowledge and curiosity. Over the course of the year, embracing the adventure of exploration will empower your child to grow by leaps and bounds physically, socially, and emotionally. The start of the school year is just the beginning of our journey together to explore the far corners of the world…all from the comfort of our McKenzie home.
As teachers, we believe in strong parent-teacher relationships fostered by open communication in order to provide optimal educational experiences for your children. Please feel free to email us to introduce yourself or should you have any questions. We are always happy to hear from you and look forward to partnering with you over the course of the school year.
Sincerely,Ms. Alfaro, Ms. Carter, Ms. Faulkner, Ms. Gescheidle, Ms. Mooney
