Public Chat
The Public Chat is visible by everyone who visits your booth.
General broadcasting messages to all who visit your booth
Starting conversations
Calls for action such as participate in a product demo, complete a
survey, etc.
Product demo discussions
Meet and greet after video presentations
You do have the option to turn off the Public Chat feature.
One-to-One Private Chat
One-to-one private chats allow for one-to-
one attendee communication within your
booth.
Develop relationships with attendees
Provide personalized attention
Collect additional information about
attendees who visit your booth
Attendees can contact exhibitors via email
outside of Exhibit Hall hours and during on
demand periods.
Group Chat
An attendee or exhibitor may invite
others to the same chat conversation.
There is a maximum of 10
simultaneous Group Chats at the
same time.
Booth Representative Chat
To coordinate activities within your booth, representatives within your
booth can chat with each other via the Booth Representative Chat.

Important Tips for Your Content Screens
Each Content Screen has its own section on the worksheet on tab two. Be sure to properly
group your items for one screen by section.
Reference the booth specification document to confirm the location of each content screen.
The label on the booth specification document will match the label on tab two of the
worksheet.
Don’t forget to include the correct name of the file you are uploading under “Content File
Name/URL”. This is how we will find the correct files.
If you have questions – please ask!
Next Steps
• Early next week, each exhibitor contact will receive an email from [email protected].
• The email will contain a unique link and a default password to the Booth Data Center submission site.
• Once you click on the link, you will be asked to create a new password.
• The Booth Data Center submission site is a file management system, which allows you to upload all files into your folder.
• Files to upload include:
Booth Specification Worksheet
Company Logo (Item A on the Booth Map)
Background Image for your content screen(s)
All files for your content screens that are not HTML
Call to Action Sign document, if necessary (Item E on the Booth Map)
