Market Commentary Stock market witnessed range bound activ-ity with high volatile intraday session on day by day. As we are heading towards major event high volatility as obvious. Overall market activity remains choppy but stock specific volatile move witnessed after Q4 results. YES Bank , Britannia were stocks which saw sharp sell off after weak results. Auto sector stocks also under selling pres-sure after monthly sales number. IT stocks which were gainers in early part of week, pares its gains after Cognizant cuts 2019 revenue guidance.

Major Economic News GST collection at record high of over Rs

1.13 Lakh Crore in April, an increase of 10 per cent over the collection in the year-ago period.

India's unemployment rate in April rose to 7.6 per cent, the highest since Octo-ber 2016, and up from 6.71 per cent in March, according to Centre for Monitor-ing Indian Economy (CMIE).

Factory activity expanded at its slowest pace in eight months in April ahead of election.

Outlook NIFTY IS TRADING IN SIDEWAYS FOR MORE THAN A MONTH AND FACING RESISTANCE AT 11800 LEVEL (HIGH MADE IN MID APRIL) IF THIS LEVEL IS BREACHED AND NIFTY MANAGE TO CLOSE ABOVE 11800 LEVEL THAN WE CAN SEE A BULL RALLY ONCE AGAIN AND PREVAILING TREND WILL RESUME AND ON THE LOWER SIDE 11650 IS STILL INTACT,WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR DECISIVE BREAK TO TRADE NIFTY.

BANKNIFTY BROKE ITS SHORT TERM RESISTANCE LEVEL WHICH IS 30100 BUT DIDN’T SUSTAIN ABOVE THIS LEVEL AND CLOSE AROUND 29950 IF IT SUSTAIN ABOVE 30100 THAN WE CAN SEE MORE UPSIDE TILL 30225/30450 OTHERWISE IT MIGHT COME DOWN TO ITS SUPPORT LEVEL 29450 (LOW MADE IN APRIL END).
