Rehoboth Christian High School Choir The 55 voice Rehoboth Christian High School Choir from Rehoboth, New Mexico invites you to join them on Wednesday, March 28 in the Ozinga Chapel at Trinity College at 7:30 p.m. as they present “Face to Face”, a choral worship service focusing on coming to face with our triune God and all of God’s children. The concert is part of a ten day tour through Iowa, Illinois, Michigan and Missouri. In each location the choir will join with local musical groups in presenting the theme “Face to Face”. The Rehoboth High School Choir will be joined by the Trinity College Choir, Roseland Christian School Choir, and the Elim Christian School Choir. You will not want to miss this night of worship which includes Native flute, stomp, drums, dance, cultural demonstrations and a wide variety of choral music. Roller Skating Party You have two days left before our big roller skating party Thurs., March 29 at Lynwood Sport Center. Don’t forget to stop by the office to purchase your ticket. Students who would like to ride the bus must purchase a ticket before signing up to ride the bus. Seating on the bus is limited, remember first come first served. Parent/Teacher Conference Parent/Teacher Conference is Friday, March 30 and we would like to schedule your appointment to meet with your child’s teacher. If you have not done so, please take time to return your form or contact the office with the time you would like to meet with your child’s teacher. American Red Cross of Greater Chicago Home Alone – Often time children might find themselves in a predicament where they are home alone. However, don’t get us wrong, we are not in any way encouraging parents to leave a child home alone, especially children in grades K – 5. In the event a child finds himself in this situation, Red Cross will have a 30 minutes program Thursday, March 29 to teach students what they should do if they are home by themselves. They will also give them information as to what to do when walking home from school and dealing with strangers. Other topics they will discuss are: what to do if an emergency happens, how to call 9-1-1, and how to respond to specific emergencies. Basic Aid Training (BAT) Grades 6-8 will have a program Monday, April 30 for about an hour to learn basic First Aid and personal safety. They will also be introduced to drug abuse preven- tion. Science Fair Workshop Please see the attached flyer for more information about the science fair workshop in April.

Math, Science and Technology Fair Roseland Christian School will host its math, science and technology fair Friday, April 27, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Mrs. Flory will have a workshop Thurs., April 12 so students can learn about science projects, get free stuff, and pizza!
