WEEKLY BULLETIN 20/10/2017

Faye Longden Year 9 from Worcester Road Campus was nominated for the young Good Citizen award by school for her dedication to helping out with sports activities and having her hair cut and donating it to the Little Princess Charity. Faye won this award for the Shropshire Area and on the 19th October she, along with her family attended an award ceremony at Police Head Quarters in Worcester.

We are all so proud of Faye - Well done #excellence

FREYA RICKMAN - 10C1 - CCC

A member of the public called this morning to ask for Freya to be commended

for her assistance this morning with first aid of a passer-by. Freya had a First

Aid Kit with her and stopped to ask the lady if she needed help. She said she

was amazing and couldn’t praise her enough. Well done Freya! #co-operation

Hair and Beauty students having a wonderful day with expert coaching in

their Gifted and Talented Session. #aspiration

Shrewsbury Academy’s Got Talent

A fantastic evening was presented by our exceptionally talented students.

Well done to everyone who took part, it was fabulous to see so many students

entertaining. Special thanks to everyone who supported the event and to Miss

Frederick and the Performing Arts Department for making it such a memorable

show!! #excellence #co-opertion

Wishing all Students, Staff and their families a good half term holiday. We
