The weekday children’s ministry at FUMC is growing

and we are looking to add a part-time (15-20 hours per

week) Childcare Attendant to our preschool program.

This person will need to have experience in lesson

planning and leading classroom activities in a childcare

setting. If you know someone, please have them send a

resume to [email protected].

The new 2016 Flower Calendar is posted in the

Narthex. Please take a moment to reserve dates that

are important to you or your family. Altar Flowers

are not a budgeted item. They are gifts to the church

by those who graciously sign up. Flowers for May

and June are especially needed.

Covered Dish Luncheon TODAY

Following Worship in the

Fellowship Hall

Bring a favorite covered dish to share with your church family.

Fried chicken will be provided. The Haiti Mission Team members

will be sharing their experiences at tables during the lunch. This

is a wonderful opportunity to hear about the mission needs in

Haiti and how the team was able to minister to them on behalf of

First UMC.
