HOW MUCH TO ORDER?

If you are choosing a preset menu we will work out all the portions for you. If ordering a la carte, here are recommendations for portions per person for average eaters:

Light Appetizers: Plan on 4–6 piecesHeavy Appetizers: As a replacement for lunch or dinner,

order 10–12 pieces Sides & Salads: 4–6 ounces per serving Hot Side Dishes: If you choose 2–3 sides, plan on a total of ¼ lb. Meat Entrée: Typically ½ lb. meat Pulled/Sliced Meat: 1 lb. makes 4–5 average sized sandwichesDessert: 1–2 pieces

CATERING DETAILS

Linens, china plates, glassware and metal flatware are available for rental. If you order beverages, plastic cups will be included. Serving utensils available if needed.

Pick up orders need 48 hours notice before you plan to pick up your food.

Foil pan order delivery and set-up service starts at $25 and at $40 for orders with chafers (warming pans). Rental fee per chafer is $5. You can pick-up your order in foil pans for no additional fee.

Wait staff service is $20/hour with a minimum four hour commitment; includes time spent in travel from Bunzel’s to your event location, setting up the buffet, serving the entrées, taking down the buffet, and then staff’s return/unload at Bunzel’s.

All prices are subject to a 6.1% Wisconsin Sales Tax and are based on a 20 person minimum unless otherwise noted. Prices/terms are subject to change.

A security deposit of $50 is required to book an event. 50% of the estimated bill shall be tendered ten days prior to service date. Remaining balance is due at the time of service. All advance payments are nonrefundable. Please contact us two weeks prior to your event with final menu choices and guaranteed minimum. The final and maximum guest count is due three days prior to event. Bunzel’s accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover Card.
