Frequently Asked Questions

How Many Guests will the Ballroom Seat? 220 guests with a

dance floor.

May I Extend my Reception? Yes, a $1,000 charge will

apply for each additional hour. Extended bar service will be

additional.

Does Parkland Offer a Discount? Yes, a 10% Discount will be

offered to Wedding Receptions held on Friday Evenings as well

as Sundays. Off season discounted packages are available.

Is there a Venue Rental Fee? No, there is not a separate venue

fee. Your package price is inclusive of the venue rental.

Is there a Venue Minimum? Yes, minimums will be quoted

based upon your date selection.

Do we have to Provide any Other Vendors? You are

responsible for providing the DJ/Band, Florist, Officiant &

Photographer, but we do have a helpful Preferred Vendor List.

Does Parkland allow outside Catering? With the exception of

your wedding cake, all food & beverage must be provided by

Parkland Golf & Country Club . Kosher or Indian catering may be

allowed at the discretion of the Club.

Is Parking an Issue? What about the Security Gate? We have

parking in excess of 300 guests. Your guests will be issued a QR

code to speed up access at the gatehouse.

Do the prices listed include tax and tip? No. A 22% service charge is added to all food and beverage charges. Florida state sales tax of 7% is added to the total.
