The services of our custodian at the rehearsal and wedding. 6. Supplies as follows: unity candleholder, and kneeling bench. CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation, your deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to the wedding date, but no part is refundable after that date. SCHEDULING PROCEDURES: 1. Call the church office to see if the date is available. We will check the church and pastor’s calendars. 2. Your wedding date will be reserved when you pay your deposit and your date has been put on the church’s master calendar. 2. Upon confirming availability, call our Wedding Coordinator. She will set up a time to meet with you. We do not book weddings more than one year in advance.

Wedding Facilities and Fees We are privileged to have two beautiful facilities for wedding ceremonies, open to all people. Sanctuary: The first, and most traditional, is our church sanctuary with a picturesque interior and seating for 350 people. There is a balcony that is great for picture taking. Chapel: Jewel Chapel is an intimate, modern chapel with stained glass inserts. It is ideal for small weddings or a more informal ceremony. It comfortably seats 80, with a capacity for 100 people. FEES: Members Non-Members Sanctuary: No Charge $500.00 Jewel Chapel: No Charge $350.00 (Make check payable to Community Congregational Church.) Minister: $150.00 $200.00 (Make check payable to Dr. Richard Freeman) Coordinator: $150.00 $150.00 (Make check payable to Sylvia Campbell) Organist: $150.00 $200.00 (Make check payable to Lionel Jasmin) Soloist: $100.00 $150.00 (Make check payable to name of soloist.) Custodian: $150.00 $150.00 (Make check payable to Pelito Capistrano) The Building Use Fee must be paid to reserve the facility. All gratuities are to be paid at the wedding rehearsal. FEES INCLUDE: 1. Use of sanctuary/chapel one hour for rehearsal and one hour before and ½ hour after the ceremony. 2. The minister.
