Entries in advance please for classes 1- 22. £6.00 per class. Entries will be taken on the day with an extra cost of 50p per class. Closing date for pre-entries Wednesday 14th August 2019.

Minimus - £2.00 a go on the day (have 3 goes and get 1 free)

All horse competitors will be charged £2.00 first aid fee per competitor.

FUN CLASSESClasses will run from 14.00 in Ring 2. Entries will be taken on the day from the secretary’s tent. £3 per class to enter.

SHOW RULES

1. The Suffolk Punch Trust have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid & prevent accidents occurring & must obey the instructions of the owners/agents whether written or verbal 2. The Suffolk Punch Trust shall not be liable for any claim in respect of damage, loss, injury or accident to any person, horse or property howsoever caused. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant has read and understood these terms and conditions and shall indemnify The Suffolk Punch Trust or any person acting on their behalf against any legal action arising from such an incident 3. No refunds will be given once classes are entered and entries are non-transferable4. Judge’s decision is final 5. Hard hats to current BS EN 1384, PAS 015 or ASTM F1163 must be worn & correctly secured whilst mounted6. All children under 18 MUST wear a hard hat if competing in hand7. Well behaved Colts/Stallions will be allowed in the showing classes, but all handlers/riders must be 18 years and over and to wear a hard hat8. If your horse or pony is known for kicking, please make sure you put a red ribbon in its tail to warn others9. Lorries must not be mucked out onto car park – Please take your poop home10. No bicycles or motorcycles, except disabled scooters, anywhere on the show ground 11. All dogs must be kept on leads and all dog mess cleaned up and binned 12. No ball games permitted at any time

13. No fires or barbeques at any time on the premises 14. All children under the age of 16 years must always be supervised by a responsible adult 15. All rubbish/litter to be removed from site or placed in our bins provided 16. Any person who fails to comply with these terms & conditions will be liable to forfeit their fees & expulsion from site17. In the event of any rider travelling to a show on their own, details of a contact should be left with the secretary in case of an accident 18. PLEASE COULD WE ASK FOR ALL COMPETITORS TO ABIDE BY THE RESTRICTED CLASSES RULES AND ONLY ENTER IF YOU AND/OR YOUR HORSE/PONY MEETS EACH CLASS REQUIREMENTS 19. VACCINATIONS – The Suffolk Punch Trust requires all horses to be up to date with their Equine Influenza vaccinations. We will accept horses that have had their primary course of vaccinations (the first and second vaccine) but the horse MUST be 7 days clear of the second vaccine before entering onto the showground.Passports will be checked, so please remember to bring them with you. It is law to carry the passport when travelling your horse.20. All competitors and spectators have free entry onto the showground. Entry to The Suffolk Punch Trust Stud Farm, normal admissions apply

Royal London QualifiersFirst, second and third placed horses/ponies not already qualified in eligible classes will qualify for the Champion of Britain Title classes to be held at the Royal London Show to be held at The College Equestrian Centre, Keysoe, Beds MK44 2JP on 20th – 22nd September 2019. If a horse/pony has already qualified, cards may be handed down to 6th place at judge’s discretion. Each qualified horse/pony will receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter the Royal London Show, provided the owner and rider/handler are, or become registered with the International Showing Society within 21 days of the qualifying show.
