Roll Call a. 89 homeowners total in HOA. b. 3 homeowners with greater than 30 days past due. c. 15 homeowners in attendance. d. 14 homeowner proxies. e. Note: 25% required for voting in new board members 2. Proof of notice of meeting or waiver of notice a. If all board members are present, then no notice is required. b. Janine Miller, Secretary, declared that she served the notice of meeting on January 18th, in sealed envelopes with postage fully prepaid to the addresses of the members of the association. 3. 1. 2010 No major issues. $758.75 curb stop repair at Jewel Ln to get the water turned on. Did not complete fall shrub trimming due to wet weather

2. 2011 Watch for an increase in fuel prices. Entrances with large spruce trees are growing into landscape areas of old junipers. Chuck recommended something simple and inexpensive like removing junipers and adding hostas and lilies.

1. Town & Country Fence 11/1/2010: Posts are in good shape, which is most important. Bottom stringers are loose, and need a few nails pounded in.

iii. Signs1. The Boards interpretation of the Covenants, Restriction, and Easements

is that there should be NO signs in the landscape easement areas. We have asked homeowners to please remove the signs from the landscape easement area. 5. Report of committeesa. Mark Epland – Night to unite 8/3/2010 – Holly Ln had a party and pet parade. Next year

NTU is on 8/2/2011.

6. Election of Directorsa. Homeowners elect 5 board members for 3 year terms. It is best if these terms are

staggered, unlike now. The Board of Directors elects the 4 officers. b. $100 dues rebate at the end of the year for every Officer and Board member who fulfills

their service requirements for the year. This started in 2010 to encourage homeowners to participate on the board, versus hiring a management company.
