What are some things that you think that human babies need?Where do you go when you’re sick? A pediatrician is a special doctor that only see babies and kids. What do pediatrician do for you? Pediatricians give you vaccines (shots) to prevent you from getting sick, gives you medicine, checks your height and weight.

Babies drink formula or their mommy’s milk in a bottle. Babies eat baby food that are soft and mushy. They wear a bib, so they don’t messy. They also sit in a highchair when they eat.

Make a banana puree which is just like baby food.

Directions on how to make a banana puree.

1. Peel and slice the banana

2. Puree the banana using a food processor or blender until smooth and add water as needed

3. Enjoy your banana puree!

Create an Infant BlanketMaterials Needed: pre-cut pictures of infants and young toddlers faces from magazines, construction paper, markers, scissors, glue sticks.

Have your child glue the infant's head on their paper and then use the construction paper and markers to decorate a special blanket to cover the little one with.

This is a great time to talk about a special blanket they may still have from when they were little, and they still use.
