RV SLIDE OUT SEALS

Slide-outs seals can be the most important weatherstripping found on an RV! Worn or poor-quality seals can easily lead to extensive and expensive damage. Generally consisting of a ‘wiper’ and a round seal called a ‘bulb’, the wiper seals the gap between the side of the RV body and the slide-out when the slide-out is extended. The bulb makes a seal between the body of the RV and the outside wall edge of the slide-out when retracted.
