Carmen is a Behavioural Specialist, accomplished businesswoman and entrepreneur with many years

experience in the blue chip arena both locally and abroad. She is the founder of Wilde™ Creations, an

executive event management company and the co-owner of Wilde™ Insights.

The diversity of Carmen’s two companies is testimony to her own obsession with continuous learning and

reaching for the extraordinary. Through extensive research over the last two decades, Carmen has

acquired a wealth of powerful insights about the systemic and behavioural drivers that bring about

outstanding results in people’s lives.

Carmen has an honours degree in Clinical Psychology and is a certified NLP Coach, a practitioner in EFT,
