Mobile BankingMobile Banking is an easy, and convenient way to manage your finances. The service provides the same high level of security as you enjoy with Online Banking.

Should someone else wish to log in to their account on your device, simply choose the ‘One time log in’ feature which provides the flexibility to log in to the App on a device without registering details to the device.

With our Mobile Banking App it is easy to stay in control of your money, you can;

• Check your account balance (s) with just one tap

• View recent transactions, up to 100 transaction lines

• View pending transactions including the retailer name

Cash machinesCash machines are not just for cash transactions. Using your First Trust Bank Visa debit card and PIN you can also complete balance enquiries, top up your mobile phone, change your PIN and order a mini statement for your account.

How do I use a First Trust Bank Visa debit card? The First Trust Bank Visa debit card allows you to access money from your bank account.

The card is widely accepted in millions of shops and cash machines around the world where you see the Visa debit sign and can be used to:

• Make purchases at Point of Sale (POS) in shops or supermarkets

• Make purchases with Cashback* up to £100

• Make withdrawals of up to £500 per day from cash machines displaying the LINK or Visa logos

• Shop online or over the phone

• Make Contactless payments where you see the Contactless sign

*Cashback is only available in the UK and amounts are at the merchant’s discretion. Not all merchants will offer Cashback.

Contactless Payments**

Contactless is the faster way to pay for everyday items. Contactless technology allows you to pay for items that cost £30 or less, quickly and securely. If there is a Contactless symbol located under the Visa debit logo on the front of your debit card, then your card is enabled for Contactless payments. Occasionally, you’ll be asked to enter your PIN for what would normally be a Contactless transaction, just for added security.

**Contactless cards are only available on current accounts
