Research Topic: Wavelets and Lie Symmetry Analysis of

Solutions Partial Di�erential Equations

Research will focus on the development of new mathematical

methods and computational algorithms for wavelets and Lie

symmetry analysis and application of these methods to solutions of

di�erential and di�erence equations arising in bioinformatics,

computational electromagnetics and �nancial engineering

applications.

Numerical solutions of boundary value problems for Partial

di�erential equations by method relying on compactly supported

Wavelet approximation and application of Wavelets and Lie

symmetries to the solutions of Navier-Stokes type equations and

other non-linear equations will be investigated.
