***** Induction Training Course(ITC) to newly recruited Assistant Executive Engineers

(2013 Batch) of Irrigation & CAD Department is made mandatory vide reference 1st and 2nd

cited. The newly recruited AEEs shall have to undergo, immediately after appointment, an

ITC vide reference 3rd cited.

As you are aware, WALAMTARI has prepared a One Week Introductory Module

Training for the newly recruited Assistant Executive Engineers (2013 Batch) as part of a 3

month ITC. The Introductory Module for Slot-II (Group – IV) is scheduled from 16.09.2013

to 21.09.2013 at WALAMTARI, Hyderabad. The names of newly recruited AEEs drafted for

this Group - IV are enclosed in Annexure. Please depute them for the training without fail.

In this connection, please inform the newly recruited AEEs listed in the Annexure the

following points:

1. This one week Introductory Module Training is a fully residential programme.

2. They should report at WALAMTARI Hostel by 15.09.2013 A.N. There is a bus facility

provided by the Institute from Jalasoudha building, Errum Manzil at 11.00 A.M &

04.00 P.M on 15.09.2013.

3. They will be relieved only after 07.00 PM on the last day of the course i.e.,

21.09.2013. They should book return tickets accordingly.

4. Advise them to bring scientific calculators.

5. They shall bring along with them the details of activities undergone by them since their

date of joining in the format attached.
